Table of Contents Warm Up!

• The Cotton Bowl Consist of 2 warm up laps
• Capture the football with arms and leg stretches

The Cotton  Instructions: Students will individually have a piece a cotton and
Bowl will line up on the baseline. Students will get on their hands and
feet and be in a ready position. Once the Instructor says “Go”
students will start to blow their cotton ball to the 3ft marked
cone. Who ever reaches the 3ft marked cone first wins.

• Objective: Get the cotton ball to the marked cone
• Equipment: Cotton ball , Half court, and Cone

Capture the • Instructions: Students will be split into 2 even groups,
Football Each team will have 3 football on the baseline. Once
the instructor says “Go” students will try to get the
opposing’s teams balls while protect their own three

• Objective: To get the opposing teams ball while having
all three of theirs.

• Full court and 3 footballs

Road • Instructions: Students will be separated into 2 even groups.
Runner & One group will be named Road Runner and the other Wile E.
Coyote. Students will begin on opposite sides of the court
Wile E. and when the Instructor says “G0” Students will starting
Coyote running and try to tag the opposite before the get back to
their starting position, if they make it back to their home
base they will tag their teammate to place his/her place

• Objective: Tag the opposing team before they get back to
their starting point

• Equipment: Full Court

Numbers • Instructions: Students will be divided into four even groups and
remember what number the instructor has a sign them. Students
will go to the corners on a full court. Students will decide the
order in which they go in The instructor will put a basketball in
the center of the court. The instructor will call out 2 numbers and
I member of each group will run out to try to get the ball before
their opposing team does. The play must try to get the ball safely
back to their team without getting tag by the opposing team.

• Get the ball back to the team without getting tag by opposing
team

• Full court and basketball

In My Bag • Instructions: Students will be divided into two even
groups. Both teams will have to start at the baseline
before the Instructor says ”Go”. Both teams will have
sack to get in ; they will hope to half court and around
the cone then go back to give their teammates the
sack. All players must finish before siting down and
raising their hands to say finish.

• Objective: Finish before the other teams
• Equipment: Sacks, Half Court

Around • Instructions: Students will be divided into 2 even groups.
”The Hill” Teams must start on the baseline before Instructor says
“Go”. Students still start at the block on the basketball
court. Every play behind the first person will have to make
the shot before moving on to the next hash mark( 3) and
elbows(2) .Once the team finishes all hash marks and
elbows they need to choose one player to shoot a free
throw before raising their hands to saying done

• Objective: Complete all shots before other team
• Basketball court(Full) & Basketball

Who’s The • Instructions: There will be two rounds of tug a war.
Strongest One round will be divided into boys vs. girls; out of
both teams whoever gets the flag over their own tape
line wins. The second round students will be divided
evenly amongst peers, They will repeat the same steps
in round one.

• Objective: Get the flag over to their tape line
• Knotted rope with flag, half court, tape

Ultimate • Instructions: Students will be divided into 2 teams
Bean Bag evenly and will start on the baseline. Students will start
going through a series of hula hoops(Hop Scotch) and
Toss then grab a bean bag and toss it into a bucket. Make or
miss, student must run back and tag next person in
order for the next person to go.

• Objective: to get the most bean bags

• Equipment: Half court, Bean Bags, Hula Hoops &
Bucket.

Who Runs • Instructions: students will be divided up to evenly into
“PV” 6 different teams. All teams will line up on the baseline
before the instructor says “Go”. Relays will consist of
running to free-throw line and back, half-court an back.
All team must finish running forwards and backwards
before sitting down and putting their hands in the air to
say they are finished.

• Objective: to finish before other teams.
• Equipment: Half court

Human • Instructions: Students will be divided into 2 even groups
Connect 4 called “Red” and “Yellow”. After a coin toss, Winner will go
first. Students will then start to strategize on how to win the
game. After so, Students will start to fill in the hula hoops laid
out like connect 4 game Instructor will be watching and will
teams know if one has won the game.

• Objective: To get 4 people align within each other.
• Equipment: Half Court, and Hula Hoops

Scramble • Instructions: Instructor will split students into a even
Charades groups of 4 . Groups will be giving a stack of flashcards
with different types of activities( Ex: Fishing, cooking,
etc.) One play from each group will step out and act out
the activity. When the instructor says “Go” the one
student has to unscramble the words and then act it out to
his/hers teammates. All groups will have exactly 45
seconds to unscramble and figure out the activities. The
first team to get it right wins.

• Objective: students must first before opposing teams

• Equipment: Flashcards with activities on them, timer and
half court.

Cat and • Instructions: The instructor will randomly chose 3 students to act
Mice as Cats. The rest of the students will line up on the baseline and
will be known as Mice. Once the instructor says “Go” students on
the baseline like will try to each the other baseline without
getting caught by the Cats. If a students gets caught by one of
the Cats, the student is now consider a dead mouse and they
have to sit down where they were instantly tag. They are allow to
tag anybody who comes in each of them. The last person
standing without getting tagged wins.

• Objective: Not to get tagged by the Cats.
• Equipment: Full Court
