MAKERS + GUESTSBecause we are local, this matters to us. We will build “local” into the guest experience in a real, tangible way through curated collaborations with Raleigh makers, with Makers Alley as a natural anchor. Guests will feel it through thoughtful arrival and in-room moments, rotating seasonal items, and a curated on-site gift shop that makes it easy to discover and purchase local products. The result is an experience that feels unmistakably NHID while creating meaningful visibility and support for local entrepreneurs.Videri Chocolate + Tobacco Road Supply CoTurn Down ServiceThe maker references and visuals shown are for preliminary concepting purposes only. THIRD PLACEBridge Club is our resident membership program designed specifically for the people who live in the NHID apartments, creating a clear reason to cross the bridge and make the hotel part of daily life. The hotel remains welcoming to all, but Bridge Club adds a dedicated layer of access and advantages that makes the property a true third place for locals. Members receive preferred pricing in the coffee shop, priority reservations at the rooftop restaurant, and special access to on-site experiences, including the speakeasy. Just as important, Bridge Club is programming-forward, with resident-only moments such as a running club that meets at the hotel, recurring gatherings, and seasonal events that build real habit and community. This will be owned by the concierge as a defined responsibility, supported by a monthly Bridge Club newsletter that keeps residents informed, engaged, and consistently invited in.62

Shahn ChhabraCMC Corporation5640 Dillard Dr #300Cary, NC 27518January 23, 2026To Whom It May Concern, Truist Bank has a significant long-term banking relationship with CMC Corporation and related entities. We hold CMC in the highest regard as a client of Truist National Real Estate. CMC maintains existing loans and deposits at the bank that are considered to be in excellent standing. Truist wants to grow the banking relationship with CMC and its owners. We have reviewed the preliminary information for the North Hills Hotel site and would certainly consider a request for credit to finance this asset for CMC.Please let me know if you have any additional questions. HOW WE PARTNERWe welcome the desire for collaboration and the ability for KRC to meaningfully participate in the NHID hotel development (e.g., initial planning, co-invest, asset management). If selected, we are open to exploring a JV and other partnership structures. We would also involve KRC early in the design and story-telling to align with the NHID vision.67
