What are the ingredients in Scentsy Pets products?
All Pets products are formulated with aloe vera, sunflower oil, vitamin E, colloidal oatmeal and other
natural and synthetic ingredients. The entire collection is free of sulfates, parabens, dyes and alcohol.

What are the benefits of using Scentsy Pets products?
The formulas are effective at cleaning and conditioning your pet’s fur and skin, while imparting exclusive
Scentsy fragrance. Plus, all the products are made in the USA with mild ingredients.

What is the difference between the pet shampoo, dog detangling spray and dog deodorizing spray?
Best Bud Suds Pet Shampoo is for both dogs and cats. It includes cleansing agents to clean the skin and
coat, and must be rinsed off.

No Knot Spot Dog Detangling Spray was developed for dogs and can be applied to, and left on, both dry
or wet fur to remove mats and tangles, and to keep your dog looking well-groomed.

Freshen Up Pup Dog Deodorizing Spray was developed for dogs and is intended to be used between
baths and left on the fur to eliminate odour and add a burst of fragrance.

How long will the fragrance last on my pet?
Fragrance strength and duration depend on the type of product used, the amount applied and your
pet’s activity level.

Are Scentsy Pets products tested on animals?
No.

Are Scentsy Pets products vegan?
Yes. All Scentsy Pets products are vegan and contain no animal ingredients or byproducts.

Are Scentsy Pets products safe to use on people?
Yes. Although Pets products are developed specifically for pets’ sensitive skin, they’re safe for human
use. Go ahead and try it — we won’t judge!

Are Scentsy Pets products gluten-free?
No. Pets products are not gluten-free because they’re formulated with colloidal oatmeal to help
condition the coat and skin.

Are Scentsy Pets products certified organic?
No. Scentsy Pet products are not certified organic.

Are Scentsy Pets products pH-balanced for pets’ skin?
Yes. All Scentsy Pet products are pH-balanced specifically for pets’ skin. If you’re worried about pet
sensitivity, please consult your veterinarian before using. You may also try applying the product to a
small area of your pet before full application. If irritation occurs, bathe your pet to remove the product
and consult your vet.

Are Scentsy Pets products biodegradable?
No.

Can Scentsy Pets products be added to a Scentsy Club order?
Yes. All Scentsy consumable products can be added to a Scentsy Club order.

Can I expect to see these products in Whiff Boxes?
It’s possible you might see some Pets products as part of Whiff Box, but every month’s assortment is a
different surprise.

Are samples available in any of these products?
Samples are not currently available in the Scentsy Success Consultant Store.

Can I create my own samples of Pets products?
Yes. However, please include the appropriate labeling with each sample. Printable labels can be found
on the Business References tab of your Workstation.

Best Bud Suds Pet Shampoo

What is Best Bud Suds Pet Shampoo?
A sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo that includes sunflower oil and colloidal oatmeal to gently cleanse
and condition your pet, while hydrating dry, itchy skin. Plus, it’s infused with a touch of Scentsy
fragrance to leave your furry friend smelling fresh.

Can Best Bud Suds Pet Shampoo be used on kittens and puppies?
Yes, as long as they are at least 8 weeks old.

What types of animals can I bathe with Pet Shampoo?
This product was developed with cats and dogs in mind. If you want to try it on any other animals,
please consult your veterinarian first or test a small area of your pet before a full application to check for
sensitivities or reactions.

How often can I use this shampoo on my pet?
Use as needed, but it’s gentle enough to use every day if you want!

How does Pet Shampoo work?
Surfactants, or cleansing agents, lift away dirt, while moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera, vitamin E
and colloidal oatmeal smooth and condition the fur.

At this time, we don’t make a tear-free claim on Pets products.

No Knot Spot Dog Detangling Spray

What is No Knot Spot Dog Detangling Spray?
This mat-busting spray easily removes tangles and keeps dogs looking dapper (and smelling fresh), while
aloe, sunflower oil and colloidal oatmeal condition the coat and skin.

Can No Knot Spot Dog Detangling Spray be used on puppies?
Yes, as long as they are at least 8 weeks old.

What are the benefits of using No Knot Spot Dog Detangling Spray?
The Dog Detangling Spray can be used on dry or wet fur to remove tangles and matts, while helping to
condition the coat and skin. Plus, it’s infused with a hint of Scentsy fragrance to give your pet an extra
boost of freshness.

How do I use the Dog Detangling Spray?
Always shake well before use. For dry coats (in between baths), hold the sprayer six inches from your
pet, then spray evenly over the entire coat and brush thoroughly.

For wet coats (after shampooing with Best Bud Suds Pet Shampoo), rinse thoroughly and towel dry.

Test on a small area of your dog before a full application if you’re concerned about sensitivities or
reactions.

Can the Dog Detangling Spray be used on cats?
Dog Detangling Spray was formulated with dogs in mind. Cats tend to lick their fur more often than dogs
and are likely to ingest larger amounts of product than dogs. Although Scentsy Pets is formulated to be

gentle on your pet’s skin, it does contain surfactants that can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, vomiting
and diarrhea when ingested. For this reason, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before using it
on pets other than dogs. If you do choose to use Scentsy Pets on other animals, try it on a small patch of

fur for a few days to see how your pet reacts.

How do I use the Dog Deodorizing Spray?
Shake well before use. Part the coat, then spray and massage it well into the skin. Test on a small area of
