Letters of Recommendation

I was looking for a lash artist and I came across Steffanie and I have fallen in love with
her work. I had never had eyelash extensions before, but they came out beautiful. I have
very flat, straight lashes and she helped pick the correct length and curl to make the
extensions look as best as possible. Steffanie listens to my concerns, answers all my
questions, was willing to tweak my lashes when I asked for a fuller look, and my favorite
part is that the entire experience was completely painless. I would refer Steffanie as a
technician to anybody looking for beautiful, quality lash extensions.

When Steffanie did my eyelashes, they came out phenomenal. I’ve been to multiple other
professional eyelash studios and my lashes by Steffanie came out just as great, if not
better. I experienced no irritation or discomfort at all. I wake up every day feeling
beautiful and put together without a drop of makeup. They lasted about 4 weeks and when
I needed a refill Steffanie was my first call. Thank you so much, Steffanie for the
gorgeous lashes. I feel like a queen.

repeat clients. Steffanie can handle high volumes while maintaining her professionalism and

POLICIES

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
Call, text or email me for availability and appointments.
All bookings require a holding deposit of $25. Deposit is non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & FEES
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No show or less than 24-hour
cancellation notice will result in 50% charge of the total service amount. Clients that no
show/cancel within less than 24 hours will be required to pay in full at time of booking
for next appointments.

REFILLS
I do not do refills on previous work that is not mine. 50% of lashes must be remaining to
be considered a refill. If you have less than 50% of lashes remaining, you will be
charged the price for a full set.

Eyelash Aftercare Instructions
• Do not get eyelashes wet for first 24 hours after application
• Gently wash and brush eyelashes daily (after 24-hour period)

• Avoid pulling on eyelash extensions or rubbing eyes
• Do not use oil-based products or mascara on eyelash extensions

• Schedule touch ups every 2-3 weeks
