1. Regulations for Visitor / Vendor / Customer or
Persons with their Intention to Enter the Company

1.1 Visitor must prepare and submit Identification Card / Driving License
/ Passport to the security guard at the security guard house of the Company
every time for their issuance of the document of permit to enter the factory

1.2 Visitor notifies the purpose of his/her coming to make contact and

the employee name(s) for appointment within the Company for recording

information (Permit to Enter the Factor C31)

(Enter)When the officer picks up at the reception area, he/she is required to

sign the permit to enter the factory in the box as “Person/Time Picking Up”.

(Exit)The Company Officer must send off the visitor at the security guard house and

sign the permit to enter the factory for the total 3 copies in the box as “Person

sending off/Time departed” Pierce at Security Guard

1.3 Visitor with his/her intention to take photo within the factory must
follow the procedures as below:

1)Notify the purpose of taking photo to Safety Department directly

2)Register to receive sticker for taking photo at Safety Department only!!

In case of no intention to take photo:

When the visitor departs from the Company, the security guard will check
the sticker of no permit for taking photo every time. If there is the finding of
the sticker’s removal track or sliding from the previous position, the security
guard will proceed with the followings:

1)Seize the said equipment to jointly examine with MIS officer

2)If the Company officer examines and finds the violation of taking photo
within the Company, such visitor will not be allowed to enter the
Company absolutely.

1.4 Dress rule of the person with his/her intention to make contact or enter within
the Company is dressing properly.
(Not wear short pants, spaghetti strap blouse or slippers)

1.5 Limit the speed of driving the vehicle at 10 Kilometers/Hour
If the Company’s property is damaged by the visitor’s vehicle, the actual
value of such thing shall be paid by the visitor.

1.7 Visitor / Vendor / Customer can smoke in the area arranged by the Company
only!! If there is the finding of smoking out of the specified area
(Safety Department will ask for a fine payment of Baht 20,000 each time).

Regulations for Using the Smoking Area

1. Not allow to smoke during working hours, except for break time as follows:

1.1 Day Shift: At 11.00 – 13.30 Hours / At 16.00 – 18.00 Hours

1.2Night Shift:At 23.00 – 01.30 Hours / At 04.00 - 06.00 Hours

2. Throw Cigarette Bottom into the container arranged only

3. All types of rubbish must be thrown into the rubbish bins as arranged.

4. The violated person must be punished according to the Company rules as

follows:

4.1First violation: Receive verbal warning

4.2Second violation: Receive written warning

4.3Third violation: Get Suspension from Work

4.4Fourth violation: Termination of Employee

4. Procedures before Departing
from the Company

1) Make contact to receive Identification Card / Driving License / Passport back at Security
Guard House and return the pass card to the officer every time before departing from the
Company. In case of no return or loss of pass card, Safety Department will issue the
document of fine payment at Baht 1,000 per card.
2) If there is the baggage, i.e. bag or equipment bag, etc., it needs to be examined by
Security Guard before departing from the Company every time.
3) Before departing from the Company every time, the baggage should be checked
whether it is complete or not in case of leaving the baggage at security guard house.
