Our individual tasks may vary from project to project however the process remains the
same…well-designed and impeccably produced final products. We handle the details, so your
team can focus on opportunities to engage with your key constituents and attendees. Some of
the items our team may tackle are:

 Schedule meetings and lead the planning process with the client point of contact from

strategy to concept to execution

 Recommend trending technology and source appropriate audio-visual equipment and labor
including full scenic design and build

 Liaise with the assigned venue and other vendors on behalf of the planning committee


 Manage the onsite logistics of personnel and equipment for load-in and out, rehearsal, and
show including all documentation to support the delivery of a flawless experience


 Partner with the scriptwriter and other team members to create the agreed atmosphere
and provide input for stage choreography, voice-overs and other necessary items to
enhance the show

 Develop and design appropriate content for screens and collateral as assigned

project management

Kim Adomanis-Chomicz, SVP, Event Production Group

For more than 25 years, Kim has worked with organizations to create unforgettable
experiences. Whether it is a government agency like the Department of Defense, a

non-profit organization like the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Winter
Olympics or the world’s largest entertainment company, Walt Disney, she uses her

love of the live event and years of production expertise to guide her clients from
concept to reality. “Showography,” a term she coined to describe the act of moving

people throughout an environment is how she works with your team on the details
to ensure the delivery of one of a kind experiences for your attendees.

Tim Wais, Creative Director
Tim is one of the driving forces behind the LSAV POWERHOUSE creativity. For almost

30 years, he has helped build brands, support sales and training, introduce new
products and services, motivate leadership teams, engage employees, connect

communities, and celebrate milestones. His work has impacted people around the

Paul Williams, Director of Production Services
Paul is the gatekeeper of all things production. From initial budgeting guidance

through scenic design and execution, to technical problem-solving, he leads
our team. He prides himself on assembling the perfect crew for each of our clients'

events, while always keeping an eye towards maintaining LSAV POWERHOUSE’s high
standards.
