bank account so you can buy it when you’re ready.

Charity donations
Celebrate your special day by adding charity
donations to your gift list. Your big day can make a
difference and we list over 100 leading charities for
you to add to your list. This service is free with all
accounts.

There are no hidden costs or commission charges –
100% of funds are transferred to your bank.

CONFIRMING YOUR GIFTS

MAKE YOUR GIFT DELIVERY
EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT

Once your list is closed after the wedding, guests will
no longer be able to purchase gifts. We’ll then ask
you to confirm your list and get ready for delivery.

Step One – Make any exchanges
Not sure about that dinnerware set anymore? No
problem! You can exchange any gift that hasn’t
previously been locked in and your guests will be
none the wiser!

Step Two – Spend your credit
Credit can be earned with vouchers or exchanging
gifts. You can also spend any cash gifted by guests.
If there’s any leftover credit, we give the option to
donate it to charity if you wish.

Step Three – Confirm your list
Once your list has been confirmed we’ll order your
gifts to our Delivery Centre which takes around 28
days for everything to arrive. We’ll then be in touch to
arrange delivery!

Step Four - Receive your gifts
You can choose a delivery date that best suits you.
When your gifts arrive, we call this Prezola Day and
it’s honestly better than Christmas! We give you
7 days to check for any breakages or problems of
which we’ll send replacements as soon as possible.

WE CHECK AND PACK YOUR GIFTS
TO DELIVER AFTER THE WEDDING

Convenient delivery
Once you’ve finalised your list, we get busy ordering
your gifts. They are delivered to us to be carefully
checked, packed and stored, ready for delivery after
the wedding.

Your gifts are fully insured while in storage with us,
and while in transit to you. Gifts are delivered to you
at a convenient time after you’ve finalised your list
and standard delivery is completely free for you and
your guests. Saturday deliveries and split deliveries
are also available at an extra cost.

Accessing cash contributions
When guests buy a cash gift, the funds will
automatically be transferred to you after you’ve
finalised your list, or sooner on request.

Direct delivery
For large furniture and appliances, we offer direct
delivery from our suppliers. Items such as sofas may
have long lead times so they are delivered separately
to prevent delaying your gifts.

After your list is closed
You can also refer friends once you’ve received your
Prezola delivery. Simply share your gift list number
with friends and while they receive £25 credit for
Prezola, we’ll give you a £25 gift voucher for The

list URL. It should start with the numbers 101.
