Dear Colleagues,

The Indian pharmaceutical industry is poised for growth. Even at
current rate of seven to eight percent CAGR, the industry's
annual revenues can grow to about USD 80 to 90 billion by 2030.
However, it could also set bold aspirations of eleven to twelve
percent CAGR, and grow to annual revenues of about ~USD 65
billion by 2024 and about ~USD 120 to 130 billion by 2030.

Our organization is one of the fastest growing super specialty
pharmaceutical company in India. Today, we formally stand one
among the top companies in Nephrology, amongst top 10
companies in Critical Care, well established in Skinceuticals,
Gastroenterology and Advanced Wound care in PAN India. To
expand our product portfolio, we launched Neuro –Psychiatry
division to ensure patients well-being.

Brand Management – New Product Launch award by CPhI- India Pharma awards 2019.

CPhI (Informa markets) is a Netherlands based global organization that evaluates the concept and performance
of new products and recognizes the best among them with an award and certificate of appreciation.

This noteworthy performance of our organization has been possible only through the hard work and dedicated
commitment of each and every employee of the organization. I must acknowledge the hard work of team at
head office who has been supporting our sales team in ensuring to meet the organization objective of being
among top 50 pharma companies by year 2020.

I have tremendous confidence in entire Alniche team and I am sure all of us together will achieve the

NEW OFFICE HIGHLIGHTS

New Delhi, India

After ten years of success, we have renovated our office to a new and bigger space. A small
puja and opening ceremony was conducted in the morning hours and celebration took place in
order to make this occasion even more memorable.

It started with the ribbon cutting ceremony by our Founder & MD, Mr. Girish Arora and lightning of auspicious
diya ceremony in the flower-decorated reception area. The new beautiful space will allow the team to grow
leaps and bounds in the coming years. Work commences from a new office. We all, start afresh, with a lot of
new hopes, aspirations, aims and goals.

DIWALI CELEBRATION IN OFFICE

Festive Flavour

Dazzling earthen lamps, vivid lights and mesmerizing
rangolis are the real gems in Diwali celebration. Diwali
celebrations in office traditionally involved Laxmi puja
followed by distribution of gifts and prasad.

On the Diwali Pooja day, everyone was looking traditional with a twist of ethnic attire. Diwali fills the air with
positivity and prepares everyone to welcome the next year with optimism.

Neuro-Psychiatry division Launch

To expand our product portfolio, we entered into Neuro-psychiatry division to ensure patient’s well-being.

• Combiklas 384 ml - 1st innovative TPN (total parenteral nutrition).
• TPN is IV nutrition solution for patients in case of non-functional

GI tract.
• Combiklas is an integral part of treatment to fulfill nutritional

requirements in ICU patients.
• Combiklas contains specialized nutrients such as amino acids,

fat emulsion, protein, vitamins, minerals & trace elements along
with dextrose.

CPhI- India pharma Award 2019

Alniche won New Product Launch Award for Complipro under the category of Excellence in Pharmaceutical
Brand Management. In this category, another brand Ketoalfa was among top brands nominated.

The company had to go through a two phased screening process (a) Pre-qualification based on stringent
criteria (b) evaluation by the Jury of eminent persons.
The selection criteria included - New Product Development and Quality Management,
Unique features that filled the need gap in the concerned segment, Initiatives pertaining
to gathering consumer insights, Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Customer Value
Management, Operational Management, Initiatives that contributed to the growth of the
brand/product.
In the second phase, interaction with a distinguished panel of eminent jury, unanimously
decided this Award based on the presentation of our product.

JW Holdings Global Partners Day 2019

Alniche has been appreciated for increasing the brand value of COMBIKLAS in India by JW Holdings president
Mr. Sung- Kwon Han.

Our directors were honored at JW headquarters Korea during JW Global Partners day 2019.
This day comprised of brand presentations by multiple partners, discussions and experience sharing about
marketing of JW products and also visit to factory to witness the state of art manufacturing facility.
