LICENSING FAQ’S

1. Are the licences territorial?

No. We realised during lock-down that many business owners know amazing people from lots of different
parts of the UK. Therefore, we are not tying you as a licensee into a specific region. Having said this, it
would make sense (especially if you are only planning a 4 meet region) to have them close enough to you
so you can attend each one.

2. What about if someone wants to open a group near mine?

We have always prided ourselves on our collaborative not a competitive culture. 4N meets will continue
to be fortnightly, and we’ll be working together to avoid meeting times and clashes.
You WILL earn money from other licensees members attending your meets and vice versa.
A true win, win.

3. Will existing members automatically transfer to us if we are

within their region?

Lots of our previous members paused their membership at the beginning of lock-down. They will be
reallocated to new licensees in month 3. The beneficiary will be the licensee who runs the groups
that the member attends the most frequently during that 3 month period.

4. Can I use any of my earnings to incentivize my members.

You can use your commission as you wish. However we do have a tried and tested team and leadership
model which works.

5. Are there any hidden costs?

Nope.
Although you will need to have ink in your printer and supply the photo card for all attendee placeholders.
A £50+vat monthly admin fee which covers website access and HQ support.
And in the massively unlikely chance your groups don’t hit the minimum target of £50 per group, per
month, you will be expected to cover the difference.

6. I’d like to share a licence with someone else. Is this possible?

Absolutely, although one of you will have to become ‘ The Boss’ and ultimately take charge.

7. Who will pay the venue for the food?

As a licensee, you will pay the venue and we will reimburse you monthly.

8. What will the meeting fees be going forward?

£12.50 + vat meeting fee per person.
PRO TIP: The cheaper you can get your venues and food for, the more money in your pocket at the end
of the day as you will get 70% of the remainder for EACH attendee!

9. What times can we run our meetings?

Our meeting times are breakfast 8am, lunch 12noon & dinner 6pm, so we would ask for all meeting to fit
with those timings.

10. What non negotiables are there?

4N’s secret power is the fact that you know what to expect wherever you network with us, whether
that’s Scotland, Somerset OR Sheffield. The brand is strong and this creates confidence. SO, certain
elements like the script, place settings, timings, roles must remain the same wherever you are.

11. What happens if I don’t want to continue after the first year?

You can simply hand the licence back to us.
