Manis,Jantung, Pundi Hempedu, Osteporosis.
Ia juga memberi kesan pada pergerakan ,sakit sendi, nak solat
susah,angin ahmar, endoktrin, komplikasi paru-paru.

Rancang diet yang sihat mengikut piramid makanan, suku,suku,
