This Simple Guide provides basic information for the proper use of the CDS Plus System. Users accessing the CDS Plus System are assumed
to be knowledgeable and understand the requirements in submitting information to CDS Plus.

What is CDS Plus System ?

CDS Plus System is Cargo Declare eGateway which developed to ease Cargo

Declarer’s users to personally investigate and check the response issues.

1. Access CDS Plus from . Click on the CDS Plus icon and system will

navigate you to the Home of CDS Plus System as below.

2. This System currently categorized into 3 main option:
i. Home
ii. eTalk
iii. Table Center

How eTalk Can Help you ?

eTalk will help you to easily check if still have no response for your K1, K2, K3, K8

or K9 Declaration.

1. K1, K2, K3, K8 or K9 response can be checked from this options.

2. If you have any response issue for K1 declaration, click on

3. Filter the listing for easy search on your require record.

4. Click on will let the system load all K1 response based on your
selection.

5. Listing will display only K1 declaration with NO response if you have filter only
No Response record. Otherwise system will display all K! submitted records
from your Cargo Declare System.

6. Find you require record by entering your Job No in Search Panel and system
will auto search your record accordingly.

7. If Customs Status column shows BLANK Register No. this telling you that
your declaration stills a waiting for the response.

8. Filter to display all your record will list all available record for your submitted
Job in Cargo Declare System.

9. You can see either you Job received any response or still a waiting for it.

Need to check your Bizlink Outbox and Inbox ?

1. Click on and system will navigate you to the Bizlink Outbox Message
Listing.

2. Listing will show if any SNRF out from Bizlink with any errors and require

your further attention on it.

3. Bizlink Inbox will help you to see all translated message received for your

declarations.

4. Click on and system will bring you to the Inbox listing.

5. To analyst your message segment on Customs Acknowledgment file, this
option will allow you to see the formatted EDI file.
