Welcome
It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to Calvert Crossing
Golf Club Calvert Crossing Golf Club is a family friendly private
country club that features a challenging 18 hole golf course, built
in the year 1999 and opened in 2000. The golf course at Calvert
Crossing was co-designed by John Floyd (who worked under Jack
Nicklaus) and Bill Zimmerebner.
Calvert Crossing Golf Club offers more than just an exceptional
golf experience. As a member you will also have access to a warm
and inviting pub-style restaurant, tennis courts, and outdoor
swimming facility as well as a social calendar full of unique
gatherings and special events.
In 2015, Calvert Crossing Golf Club joined the Honours Golf family,
which is a division of Troon Golf. As a member of Calvert Crossing
Golf Club, you may enjoy reciprocal access to exclusive private
clubs in the United States and worldwide. In addition, you will

Conduct &
general rules
Members, their families, and guests are always expected to act
appropriately. Inappropriate, unseemly, or unlawful conduct will
not be tolerated on the grounds of Calvert Crossing Golf Club..
Such conduct shall include but not be limited to use of
profanity, loud and obnoxious behavior, uncontrollable
intoxication, physical
and verbal altercations, harassment of employees, members or
guests, damage to or theft of property. Any actions that would
be deemed to discredit, embarrass, or cause liability to Calvert
Crossing Golf Club or its members is forbidden. Should a
member fail to modify inappropriate behavior upon request of
other members or Calvert Crossing Golf Club Management they
will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Attire: Members, guests and visitors shall be dressed in suitable
attire while on Club premises.
Proper golf attire must be worn when playing golf and/or
using the practice facility. Proper golf attire consists of no
denim (except during winter months) and a collared shirt.
Shirts and shoes must always be worn except in the locker
rooms and pool area.
Swimwear or damp clothing is permitted in the locker rooms
and pool area only.
Tattered clothing and non-hemmed shorts are not allowed on
the premises.
Food and Beverage: All food and beverage used or served on
the Club premises, including the golf course, tennis courts, and
pool area shall be obtained from the Club. Should food and
beverages be requested that are not available at the Club,
special arrangements may be made for you to bring these items
on the premises.
In accordance with State and Federal Laws, Calvert Crossing Golf
Club employees shall not sell, give, or serve liquor to minors. If
there is doubt as to age, employees shall require proof of age
prior to service.
Members and/or guests shall not enter the kitchen at Calvert
Crossing Golf Club at any time unless accompanied by
restaurant staff or a member of management.

Minors: Persons under the age of sixteen (16) are not allowed to
operate golf carts owned by Calvert Crossing Golf Club. A valid
driver’s license is required to operate golf carts owned by
Calvert Crossing Golf Club.
Club Property: Property of Calvert Crossing Golf Club shall not
be removed from the premises.
Parking: Cars are permitted in authorized parking areas only.
Cars are not permitted to park in driveways, on the roadside, or
in circle drive in front of clubhouse. Bicycles and other two-
wheeled vehicles are not permitted around the pool and must
not be parked on sidewalks.
Soliciting and Sales: No posters, advertisements, publications,
petitions or notices other than those pertaining to Club affairs,
shall be displayed or circulated anywhere in the Club.
Lockers: Calvert Crossing Golf Club assumes no responsibility
for personal articles left in the locker rooms. The Club is not
responsible for valuables lost or stolen on premises. Calvert
Crossing Golf Club does reserve the right to inspect any locker
for whatever reason deemed necessary and appropriate.
No alcoholic beverages are to be stored in lockers.
Children under the age of twelve (12) are not permitted in the
Men’s or Ladies’ Locker Rooms unless accompanied by an adult
member.
Calvert Crossing Golf Club employees shall not be reprimanded
by members. Complaints shall be made to Management.

golf course rules
Keep carts on path next to all tee boxes, greens, and all par
threes.
Obey green cart exit posts (approx. 35-40 yards from green).
Fix your divot on the green.
Fill your divot in the fairway with sand.
Rake bunker after use.
Proper golf attire must be worn.
All golfers and their guest must check in with the pro shop
prior to playing.
No groups larger than five players.
All play begins on the first tee, unless otherwise instructed by
the pro shop.
Golf holes are to be played in order, jumping around the
course is not permitted.
Pace of play must be maintained; each group is allowed 4
hours and 15 minutes to complete their round.
The “Marshal” shall have the authority to ask any group falling
out of pace to stand aside while following groups are allowed
to play through.
Players stopping at the clubhouse between nines and unduly
delaying play will lose their place on the next tee.
Players who received permission from the golf shop to begin
their round on a hole other than number one without a tee
time will have no preference in teeing off when they reach
hole number one.
Use of the golf course is for golf only. Jogging, strolling,
skating, swimming, and fishing are not permitted on the golf
course property during normal business operating hours.
Outside events can be booked at the discretion of the
General Manager or Head Golf Professional.

Golf Carts
As a golfing member of Calvert Crossing Golf Club, you automatically agree to our Golf cart
agreement when you or your guest(s) are using a golf cart owned by the club. The golf cart
agreement is as follows.
Golf Cart Agreement:
I represent that I am familiar with the operation of this golf cart and agree to return said golf
cart at the end of playing in as good of condition as I received it. I agree to hold Calvert
Crossing Golf Club free and harmless from any damage or claims whatsoever arising from my
use of said golf cart. Further, I agree to pay for all damages sustained while said golf cart is in
my possession. I further represent that I am over 16 years of age.

guests
Member Families:
Member families include the member, the member’s spouse,
and children under the age of 26 being both single and full-time
students. Others living with the member as part of the
household may enjoy the Club as a guest when accompanied by
one of the eligible members of the family.
The member shall be responsible for all golf, food and
beverage charges, fees, fines, and other charges of the family
members.
Members are always responsible for the conduct of and any
damages to Club property by their family members.
Guests:
Use of the Clubhouse by guests of members is encouraged. Use
of the golf course, tennis courts, and swimming pool requires
payment of the established guest fees. Members must always
register their guests prior to using the above facilities. Guests
may use the facilities of the Club only when accompanied by a
member or authorized members of his or her family.
Members may entertain guests without extra charge, except
as otherwise provided.
Members are always responsible for the conduct and any
damages to Club property by their guests.
The sponsoring member of guests shall be responsible for all
golf, food and beverage charges, fees, fines, damages, and
other charges.

Calvert Crossing Golf Club is a private club and members expect
their privacy to be protected. The sharing of pictures,
videos, phone numbers, address (both physical and email),
without the members’ permission is strictly prohibited.
Any member who has been terminated from membership or is
under current suspension for any reason may not use the facility
or play golf as a guest of another member.
All members and their guests shall at all times observe the rules
and regulations of the club. It is the obligation of every member
to keep his/her account paid in full. Your bill is due in full upon
receipt and will be considered overdue at the end of the month
with a late charge of $25.00 added to the balance. A $25.00
charge will be applied for each check or ACH returned from the
bank for any reason. Applicant/Member agrees to pay all
collection fees and/or attorney fees, if the account must be
turned over to an attorney or any third party for collection. All
questions regarding billing should be addressed immediately
upon receipt of bill by contacting the Membership Director. Any
member may resign his/her membership after fulfilling their
contract by giving a Thirty (30) day notice to the Membership
Director. The member shall be responsible for
all dues and charges accumulated up to the time of termination.
No resignation will be considered effective until all dues and/or
charges (by member, member family, and/or guests) are paid in
full.
All questions regarding membership, billing, change of
membership status, resignation, or reinstatement should be
directed to the Membership Director. Business office hours of
operation are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
(except for holidays and inclement weather).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 10:00am - 7:00pm, weather permitting. The swimming
pool is for members and their registered guests only.
Pool Rules
No running or diving
No glass bottles or glassware
Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers
No one under the age of fourteen (14) allowed without supervision of a parent or
guardian
Always supervise children (no lifeguard on duty)
All hours are subject to change based on need, maintenance, inclement weather, course
condition, and holidays.
The policies, rules, and operating procedures outlined in this handbook may be modified,or adjusted
at any time by Calvert Crossing Management as member need dictates. It is our intent at Calvert Crossing Golf
Club to limit these rules and regulations to the minimum required to be able to provide the atmosphere and
level of service you are entitled. It is your responsibility to become familiar with club rules, policies, and
operating procedures. We ask for you cooperation in the enforcement of rules, policies, and procedures..
