Who is PearlGate Law?

PearlGate Law formerly known as PearlGate Solicitors was established in 2012 and

re-named PearlGate Law in 2017. The firm is duly registered at the Corporate Affairs

Corporate and Commercial Law Practice

PearlGate Law (‘Our Firm’) has vast expertise and experience in the corporate and commercial law practice,
engaging in structured transaction advisory and opinions to companies and corporate investors. We review
agreements and other documents prepared for or by our clients. We conduct research on legal issues, drafts
and scrutinize specialized legal opinions on issues of a commercial and general nature relating to the
business and operations of our clients.

Our Firm participates in the negotiations of different types of Agreements and routinely advises our
corporate clients on the returns that must be filed annually and on full compliance with regulatory
requirements.

We conduct due diligence in respect of companies and other entities; essentially due diligence legal research
on whomsoever our clients are entering into agreements with. In this regard, we engage experts whose
speciality is accessing different sources for relevant information apart from gleaning this information from
the Courts, appropriate Registries, Government Ministries and Agencies.

Generally, we provide needs-specific professional services to all our clients in whatever area of law is
required.
