Take 10 to 15 minutes daily to write out what
you would like to attract to your life.




Visualize the life you want & ask for what you want.
Always focus on the positive in life.
Learn to identify negative self-talk and change your
perspective and look for the positives.
Let go of limiting beliefs and be honest about what
you want.
Write in the present tense as if you already have
everything you want in life.
Connect with your feelings and what you write in your
journal.
Remember to focus on all aspects of your life -
Health, Wealth, Love, Relationships, Abundance & more.
You can create your mantras and affirmations from your
journal entries.

Write down a new affirmation or mantra daily for
the different aspects of your life. Focus on what
