ESSAY
Teachers are one of our society's most important pillars. There are various
professions, such as doctors who heal their patients, engineers who construct buildings, and
teachers who play an important part in the development of a polite society. They not only teach
us proper etiquette, but they also show us the way to success. The job of a teacher is a noble
position. If we think deeply without a teacher, where would we be? Maybe we will be in a dark
age where people cannot read or write. So, being a teacher has a greater social purpose.

As we known, every parent takes their children to school, drops them off, then goes to
work. They busily get on with their jobs such as architect, shop assistant, nurse, builder, and
so on. Then, they all come back at the end of the work to pick up their children from school.
School is one of the few things that brings all of these various people of a community together.
School is at the heart of the community and teachers are the center of the community. All of
us must have a favourite teacher that always inspires you to become just like the teachers.

My favourite teacher was Zulia ma’am, she teaches us Maths. I admire her and aspire
to be like her. She is one-of-a-kind in her own way; she never hesitates to answer my questions
and tells me at least ten times. Although I dislike math, but her patience and teaching method
motivate me greatly. I'd like to point out that most of our teachers work extremely hard to
ensure that we receive decent grades. I adore my teachers and want to express my gratitude
for all they have done for me.

All of us want to become something in our future and we serve our nation in different
ways. Similarly, I want to become a teacher and make studies easier for students. As a teacher
I would be motivated to help children who are miserable, insecure and lack confidence in their
ability to see their own potential to create a happy life for themselves. I want to build a school
where I can provide free education to the homeless. I have seen some children on the street
with dirty clothes and begging for money to eat. Children are the future for the country, so we
have to handle them carefully so that their daily lives are better.

Besides, I want to ensure that children today have a positive role model. Many children
around the world lack a positive role model. They would constantly play games to pass the
time at home. The children became lazy at home. Teacher is a mentor to the child so the
teacher needs to show a good attitude to the child. That's why I chose to be a teacher because
I believe all children need a positive mentor who can still interest in them.

However, I want to be the type of teacher who motivates and encourages all kids to
believe in themselves. Most importantly, I want my classroom to be an interesting place of
learning. This is because a comfortable and beautiful learning atmosphere facilitates the
learning process. Before my class ends, I want my students to at least have a basic grasp of

the subject content and they should have extensive knowledge on how the material that was
learnt in my class can be applied to their own lives. Instead of teaching on a particular topic
every day, I want my students to explore and experience often so they can form their own
ideas while gaining new knowledge.

Furthermore, along with the philosophy of developmental education, I learned more
about how to improve my abilities as a teacher that I wanted to be. In the current era of
globalization, technology is an instrument that can be used to help me achieve an ultimate
goal in my future classroom because it is such a broad educational and worldwide tool. Many
various application studies on the internet such as quizizz, wordwall and other applications of
education. As an effective teacher I will use creativity and my experience with new brilliant
ideas. I will organize and maintain a good environment in order to achieve the learning
objectives in the classroom.

Before I became a teacher, it was necessary for me to have good personality traits. A
teacher must be open minded to be learning and adapted with new thing. Teachers always
need to creative make an idea. Patience is a high in demand skill among teachers. A great
teachers will be patient with their students, no matter how many mistakes the student makes
or how many times the teacher needs to explain. Being patient is a sign of self-control and
discipline, which is a characteristic that a teacher possesses and that the student will likely
copy.

With lack of experience, I still need to learn something more about being a good
teacher. Teacher is someone who helps students in the learning process. Good teachers do
not work for their selfish motives and are ready to help students. I must learn how to manage
my classroom in the future. The classroom must have rules and procedures to help students
be able to study. Good communication was also really important between teachers and
students. To be a great teacher and handle the students' attitude I need to know about them.
I must show my interest to them. I have also got to teach them how to be communicative. Then
the communication between teachers and students can be done.

In a nutshell, teachers always hold a special place and respect in our society. One of
the best jobs is that of a teacher. Always pay attention to your teachers and make them
pleased with your accomplishments because they receive no compensation. However, if their
students succeed, they are happy. A teacher not only helps to construct a community, but also
a country. I hope I can be a great teacher for my students in the future.
