“7-Session Bible Worker Intensive Training” August 6-8, 2015

TRAINING PROVIDED FOR THE INTERESTED LAITY OF SECC.
The details of this training are disclosed on flyer enclosed. This training also entails supervision,
deployment, follow-up and support as needed until trained laity discontinue their commitment to this program.

SESSION 1. PERSONAL CONSECRATION: Charge and personal revival.
SESSION 2. FRIENDSHIP EVANGELISM: How to win friends, family and other acquaintances.
SESSION 3. MASTERING FIELD VISITATION:
SESSION 4. BIBLE STUDY OPTIONS: Learn a variety of ways to introduce and administer a Bible study.
SESSION 5. OVERCOMING OBSTACLES: Learn how to lovingly proceed through challenges and
learn how to gain decisions on Bible truths.
SESSION 6. RETAINING YOUR HARVEST : Learn how to keep your new church members.

Youth

SESSION 1: THE CALLED - Realize and understand how and why we are to be consecrated to God and
His Service
SESSION 2: FRIENDSHIP EVANGELISM - Learn how to lovingly reach friends, relatives, neighbors and
co-workers
SESSION 3: GETTING OUT THERE - Learn how to go door-to-door effectively. Learn how to effectively
share at school, work, bus, train, plane.
SESSION 4: FACE TO FACE - Learn how to respond to ripe fruit and how to effectively administer a Bible
study.
SESSION 5: DECISIONS DECISIONS - Learn how to bring students of the word across the line to
complete decisions for Christ and His Church.
SESSION 6: KEEPING THEM - Learn how to effectively and lovingly keep new members active and in
church.

Travel Expense, Accommodations & Per diem

Conference Provide 2 night Hotel Accommodations
with payment of 1 round trip vehicle travel expense, 188 miles x .50 = $94.00

3 day Per diem = $100.00

Photo copy of training manuals for each attendee is the responsibility of the Conference.
Manuals will be emailed to designated individual. (There are 7 manuals total).
Manuals are to be copied on 3 hole punch paper, collated and stapled.

(End Times Like These will provide folders for each attendee.)

7-SESSION BIBLE WORKER INTENSIVE
TRAINING

TRAINING FEE

FEE: $1,500.00 – UNLIMITED TRAINEES
Church, Group or Conference entity are required to make copies of training manuals.

(Note: This fee covers the facilitation of 7 sessions of intense instruction which includes role-
play. We will provide training manuals for every participating member, consistent support
and supervision until the trainees decides to discontinue their efforts or commitment to do
the work of a Bible Worker. (Note: Budget to develop interest through our Bible Study
request card system, the purchase of materials, tracts, outreach literature, Bible Studies,
travel, accommodations and Per Diem for facilitators is not included).

DISCLOSURE

DISCLOSURE: We the Directors and Team of End Times Like These Ministries stand
behind our commitment in training and working with your Conference laity. We can only
guarantee our commitment. Therefore we do not guarantee your Conference Bible Worker
Teams success on our merits alone. Your Bible Workers team success depends on their
faithfulness, their commitment and consistency of working the system that End Times Like
These Ministries provide. We claim no magic in church growth or soul winning, only the
aiding presence of the Holy Spirit that will prosper the work of evangelism and the Bible
work of faithful and committed members. There are hundreds of trained individuals by
End Times Like These Ministries that have prospered with winning souls because of their
faithfulness.
