Letter from the Board Room

Happy Holidays to One and All. This is an exciting time to be a Member
of the Sangamo Club! Over the past year, in response to the Member sur-
vey, the Board of Trustees has worked hard to bring new ideas to the Club.
From offering a Thanksgiving Day feast or Easter Brunch to draft beers and
drink specials, I sincerely hope that you are enjoying our new energy and
great food.

More is on the way! We now have a Wine Committee dedicated to making
sure we have fabulous offerings and wine dinners with on point pairings.
We have an Art Committee looking at the best ways to display our incredi-
ble collection. We have a Young Professionals Committee, making sure that
the Club offers events that appeal to all our members. If you would like to
join one of these or create your own, please contact General Manager Jim
Repeta and we would be delighted to have you on board.

Here is a fun gift idea! You can buy Sangamo Club gift cards in any
amount for your family, friends and business associates. They don’t need
to be a member to use them and of course we take credit cards if they want
to have a bigger night on the town.

Please also note that we are running a new member/returning member
special. If you bring in a new member, you receive a $250 dining credit.
If you are a returning member, you receive the credit. We have so much
to offer our members and their guests, great food, great events and great
opportunities to use other clubs when you travel. Bring someone new and
have a beautiful dinner, or two, on us!

Finally, I wish to thank all of you for being part of the Sangamo Club fam-
ily. We all appreciate your continued support and I wish you all a joyous
holiday season. See you at the Candlelight Dinner!
Mrs. Leslie A. Sgro

finest cuisines or jet set across the nation, a Sangamo Club membership is the perfect
stocking stuffer! If interested please contact me. New member sponsorship qualifies you

are still working hard to bring more affinity clubs to Sangamo. How would you like to be
a member of the Investment club, the Singles Social club, or the Wine, Spirits and Cigar
Group? Or do you have an idea all your own? Let us know what types of groups and activ-
ities you want to see in YOUR Club. Lastly, during the month of December we are working
with HSHS St. Johns Children’s Hospital. The Club is collecting newly purchased items

‘tis the season for generosity

As a part of our Local First initiative and in the spirit of giving, the Sangamo Club invites our members and staff to
get involved. The Club will be collecting donations to support two local institutes. We will be collecting blankets,
sweat shirts, and socks for the Washington Street Mission. Donations will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving.
So if you find yourself cleaning out your closet, do your part and bring in these items. We are also supporting HSHS
St. Johns Children’s Hospital by way of new toy and art supplies donations. These items must be purchased new
to be given to the children. Together we can help those in need this holiday season.
