1) INTRODUCTION TO OFA The National Archives is the custodian and preserver of official records, private records, memorial and library items. Files, Publications, Newspapers/Magazines, Letters of agreement, Audio-visual materials, Royal Archives, Private Letters, Private Records and Archives, Microfilms, Photographs, Maps, Plans, and Charts make up the archival collection. The National Archive provides tools that can be accessed at any time and from any location. Online Finding Aids (OFA) are tools that help users locate information inside a certain materials. Furthermore, OFA has six core operations, the first of which is the development of research talents. The second purpose is to keep data from the OF application in sync with data from the Computerized Archives System (COMPASS), Archives Management System (AMS), and Media Asset Management System (MAMS). The following phase will be the development of online material ordering, online payment, and digital format preservation, followed by updates to the COMPASS and MAMS programs. In addition, institutions frequently create their OFA with specialized software or platforms developed to handle archive resources. This technology enables archivists and librarians to produce, update, and publish finding aids more effectively. ArchivesSpace, AtoM (Access to Memory), and PastPerfect are examples of commonly used software. Overall, the Online Finding Aid is a wonderful resource for researchers and anybody interested in exploring cultural institution holdings. It offers a simple and straightforward method for discovering, locating, and comprehending the vast amount of content that archives our history, culture, and heritage.
2) HISTORY OF HANG TUAH Hang Tuah is a legendary person in Malay folklore and history. He is revered as one of the Malay world's most legendary warriors and heroes. While the specific circumstances of his life are unknown and much discussed, Hang Tuah is commonly believed to have lived in the 15th century in what is now modern-day Malaysia. Hang Tuah was born in a village in Malacca (Melaka), a prominent sultanate at the time. He was reared as a Muslim and had an education in Islamic teachings as well as instruction in various martial arts and combat techniques. Hang Tuah was known for his remarkable valour, loyalty, and unshakable commitment to his nation and ruler. The combat between Hang Tuah and Hang Jebat is one of the most renowned Hang Tuah episodes. The fight was believed to be severe and last several days. Hang Tuah triumphed in the end, although he was greatly devastated by the loss of his comrade. Hang Tuah's accomplishments and undying devotion to the Sultan have made him a Malay cultural figure of honour, chivalry, and patriotism. His persona has appeared in a variety of works of literature, including the traditional Malay epic "Hikayat Hang Tuah, " and has inspired several adaptations in film, theatre, and television. While Hang Tuah's mythology is still famous and prominent in Malay culture, historical documents and physical evidence of his existence are few. Some historians believe Hang Tuah was more of a composite character symbolising the values and ideals of a bygone period than a single historical man. Nonetheless, his legacy continues to inspire and enchant Malay people.
HIKAYAT HANG TUAH "Hikayat Hang Tuah" is a Malay narrative that explains the current condition in detail at the time. Researchers have defined Hikayat Hang Tuah as reflecting three phases in the Malay nation's history, including the founding period, the period of glory, and the period of its decline. There is some debate on whether Hang Tuah is real or a fable. This is due to the length of the period covered in Hikayat Hang Tuah. There are also disagreements in various other books about the narrative of Hang Tuah. This is not a major issue and is frequent for historical characters, such as King Arthur or Robin Hood in the English folklore. Patih Gajah Mada and Hang Tuah, Fighting with a Majapahit warrior named Taming Sari, Hang Tuah Escaping Tun Teja, Melaka Another Theft by Kertala Sari, The Battle of Hang Tuah and Hang Jebat, Hang Tuah Sent to the Keling Continent andthe China Continent, and Hang Tuah Sent to Siam are some of the stories told in the story of Hang Tuah. Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka published the Human Values anthology for Form 4 and 5 Communicative Malay Literature in 2015. This anthology, which includes traditional poetry and prose, has replaced the previous text, which was used for the final time for students who took the SPM in 2014. The Epic Literature named Hang Tuah Diutus Ke Siam, which is taken from Hikayat Hang Tuah, is one of the contents contained in Nilai Insan. The Istanbul-based Kijang Leather Jacket book, an anthology text for Malay language topics in the fourth and fifth grades, also quotes Kertala Sari's narrative from the Hikayat Hang Tuah under the title "Kepimpinan Melalui Teladan."

6) CONCLUSION Finally, using Online Finding Aids (OFA) helps users find materials more easily. OFA saves the author time by locating the material. The authors did all of their research on the Malay Warrior online. To put it another way, the authors are looking for sources outside the government archives. OFA also supports authors in locating information in document collections, collections, or series. Furthermore, OFA helps authors determine if documents in collections or favourites include information relevant to the authors' quest. Furthermore, OFA makes it straightforward for authors to choose the materials they need from the Malaysian National Archives and other sources such as the Malayan Information Agency in London. OFA, which is simple to use and can now be accessed from anywhere using a variety of electronic devices, can provide all material-related information. As a result, OFA should continue to improve the existing OFA so that future scholars can locate study material.
