L ucy O’ora HR Consulting was founded by a group of Consultants with
Advanced Degrees in various Managerial, Social and Behavioral Sciences.
We are committed to helping organizations increase their productivity and
efficiency through the better use of their human resources and achieving real
competitive advantages at any given time.
We strive to be an organization that gives employees the enabling opportunity to
thrive, with focus on development, flexibility and well-being. Our organization
has helped develop and implement Competency-Based Human Resource Man-
agement Processes for companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organiza-

Mrs. Nwajideobi Lucy Nwajideobi Lucy is a passionate, young and vibrant Man-
agement Professional, Administrator and Human
(GPHR, MABS, MCIPM, MCIA, MPMA) Resource Development Expert, Founder and President of
the Lucy O’ora Consulting Company with multiple inter-
Lead Consultant national certifications and a Bachelor’s degree from the
renowned Imo State University, Nigeria. As a seasoned
Human Resource Personnel (HRP), she has been able to
spread her tentacles of professional influence across over
fifty (50) private organizations, twenty (20) public com-
missions and a compact traverse with reputable interna-
tional organizations, directly and indirectly.
More so, she regularly implements human resource
programs by providing human resources services includ-
ing talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing,
compensation health and welfare benefits, training and
development, records management, safety and health,
succession planning, employee relations and retention,
labour relations and completing personnel transactions.
As a Career Strategist, Life Coach and Speaker, coupled
with her background in Human Capacity Development,
Lucy is extremely passionate about strategically helping
individuals achieve upward growth in their career path,
leadership development, capacity building, youth empow-
erment and Life strategies.

Rita Okoye also known as RiRi is an Interna-

tional Event planner and business trainer

whose career has spanned over 20 years. She

is a people's person and providing excellent

customer service comes naturally to her. She

has worked for the likes of NatWest bank,

Financial Times Magazines, Pride Magazine,

Channel 5 and The BBC in London. She relo-

cated to Lagos in 2008 and has delivered

Event projects for Stanbic IBTC, ACAN,

Bosch Nigeria, IHS Towers, Access Bank,

MTN, BAT Nigeria, CBO Capital, Institute of

Directors and Landmark Group just to men-

tion a few and has spoken for FCMB, Access

Rita Okoye Bank, Leap Africa, Lagos Business School and

Senior Managing Partner University of Lagos just to mention a few. In

her spare time she writes a personal development blog called ririokoye.com Aside from event plan-

ning, she has a passion for empowering adults with knowledge. Her areas of expertise are in commu-

nication training, presentation training, team building and writing reports. She also trains SME’s in

Sales, Marketing & Branding. Rita is also a professional speaker

Rita continues to give back to her community with a strong focus on corporate social responsibility.

She is the founder of Raising Confident Girls Initiative, a movement with over 26,000 online mem-

bers and a vision where every girl is confident. The foundation gives back to society by hosting

events for Mothers and Daughters and paying for school fees for underprivileged girls.

As seen on BEN TV, aside from her interest in developing girls, she is passionate about empowering

confidence in adults and has created her signature experiential event called ''The Confidence Revo-

lution'' which takes place in Lagos and London.

Mr. Immanuelson Samuel Mr. Immanuelson Sam is a Management Consultant,
an author and a speaker. He is a dynamic and moti-

ing and building relationships, designing manage-

Sam is skilled in demonstrating exceptional leader-

pendently. He is the team lead of Training and Devel-
opment in Lucy O’ora Consulting.
He is a prominent and certified Management and
Business Consultant by the prestigious International
Strategic Management Institute and the Nigerian
Institute of Management (NIM), A Fellow of the
Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and an Atlas
Corps Scholar.

Prior to joining Lucy O’ora Consulting, he has worked in the Banking sector, where he gained experi-
ence in Commercial and Corporate Banking, Business Strategy and Execution. He has partnered
with over fifty (50) reputable organizations, such as Rise to Inspire Africa, Wegirls Development
Organization, Agent of Bank of Industry, Adam Smith International, Katsina State Institute of Tech-
nology and Management among others.

Olarewaju Samuel is a passionate, young and vibrant

graduate background in Education and a Bachelor’s

degree in Economics from the prestigious Obafemi

Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He brings with him

ment programs, career skills, capacity building and

educational management. He floats an assortment of

skills, originality and sheer passion in his style of

delivery.
