Our Team have been diligent to ensure that the health and safety of our guests is our utmost
priority. Since the Covid-19 outbreak, countries around the world, all plunged into this
unprecedented public health emergency. Countries globally have been announcing measures to
support their economies and work policies. With the ever emerging mutation of the covid variants
we strive our best in keeping our hotels a safe environment to be in.

As part of our prevention plan of Covid-19, we have taken the initiative to implement and launch our
“Devoted to your well-being campaign”. The goal is to ensure a safe environment for everyone’s
wellbeing. In addition to regularly disinfecting surfaces and the facilities of our hotels, we have taken
an extra step by purchasing the Thermostar Professional which is a cleaning technology from
Austria. This professional steam cleaner has a water pressure of up to 8 bar and steam temperature
of 174°C, which eliminates bacteria and germs.

Nina Karina Azman, The Holiday Villa group has also relaunched the VILLA GOLD LOYALTY PROGRAMME which is now
Director of Corporate Affairs exclusively digital. Guests may enjoy not only special benefits and rates but they will earn points

Our latest destination to the group is Japan, Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites Karuizawa has opened its
doors to welcome guests. The Resort experiences four beautiful seasons with activities all year
round. Skiing, Golfing and Shopping are a must in Kairuzawa. Meanwhile Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites
Changsha is our newest property in the People's Republic of China. The property is located in the
South area, 3400 feet from HuaLongChi. A must see is the ”1000-year-old academy” called the Yuelu
Academy, situated at the foot of Mount Yuelu, it is known as one of the four greatest academies of
higher learning in Ancient China. The second latest addition to the group in Malaysia will be CitiVilla
Penang, which is located on Argyll Road.

On a newer note the Upgrading works for Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Cherating is complete
with our new thematic pool called Lavilla Beach Club Cherating. The beach club entails an infinity
pool deck overlooking the South China Sea as well as a Kids fun pool with various water features.
The resort sits on an endless beach of fine white sands with vast wide open spaces which is ideal for
social distancing. Upgrading works were also extended to the guest rooms in Holiday Villa Langkawi.
The construction of a new pool and the Villa Kids Club are also well underway.

renovations were done in 2020 to the guest rooms and the facilities of the hotel. Situated in Pahang Cherating, the resort is just
a drive away from many states around Malaysia. The Resort's new infinity pool, which shines the zodiac constellations on its
surface of the pool at night, enhances a new feel to Holiday Villa Cherating. Team building obstacle courses such as river crossing
and flying fox are just one of the many features of the new pool. LaVilla Beach Club is ideal for families as there is also the
Children's Fun Pool for the little ones. There are a variety of more than 10 water features ranging from water buckets to water

in Saudi Arabia and the Arab world as it is the place where Hatim al-Tai, who was a famous Arab poet and one of the

JAPAN Karuizawa is a resort town 70 minutes by train from Tokyo Station via

Shinkansen and it is situated in the mountains near Nagano, Japan. It's
known for mild summers conducive to outdoor recreation like golf. The
forests in the surrounding area offer cycling and walking paths along with
sites like Kumoba Pond and Shiraito Falls. Skiing and hot springs are popular
in the winter. Tombo No Yu Onsen is a 20-minute drive from Kita Karuizawa
Highlands. In winter, visit Kera-Ike ice rink, a pond in the forest that
becomes a skating rink when it freezes. If one of your main purposes is
