Personal Hygiene For Men: What Everyone
Should Know
The following are the basics everyone should know about
personal hygiene for men.
First, keep your teeth clean. You don't have to brush them
every day—but it's important to get some sort of dental
checkup every year or two. If you don't have dental insurance,
it's also a good idea to invest in a good toothbrush and
toothpaste. Look for brands that promise deep cleaning and
whitening, as well as fluoride build-up removers.
Second, shave daily. No matter how old you are or how closely
related to your own beard you are, you should be shaving daily
because it's good for your skin and hair follicles (and because it
makes you look more presentable). If you're using an electric
razor, rinse all parts thoroughly with warm water after shaving,
especially if you've been using deodorant or anti-frizz products
on your face beforehand (which can lead to irritation).
