It is really difficult for someone to be
completely satisfied with their physical
appearance. Some physical traits are difficult
or even impossible to change.
I've always been self-conscious about my
physical appearance. My self-esteem was
really low to the point that it might disappear.
However, I am grateful to my friends who
encouraged me and reminded me that I am
beautiful just the way I am. Because of them I
gained my confidence and I started loving my
own body and appreciating my beauty. Finally,
I learned to appreciate my physical self. I
learned to appreciate myself.

This part of self-development discusses how one's physical
development began, how it can be improved or modified, and how one
should properly care for it.
Well, Of course, everyone, including myself, goes through physical
development. From being extremely short to being of ordinary height,
my hair from being straight as a child to gradually becoming curly until
now, and how my body changes from being skinny to slightly chubby, as
well as my skin tone, it change a lot .
Upon tackling this aspects, I've learned that it is important, and there's
nothing bad with taking care of yourself, physically. It is not about or
being narcissistic, its about giving love to yourself.
