This beautiful display garden showcases an array of perennial
plants, succulents, trees, fruits, and vegetables. Sculptures and
water features interweave through the gardens.

There are six clearly defined areas including a birch forest, garden and edible garden.
Through all this runs a 100-metre long wisteria and rose-covered arbour. Relax in the

Everything comes from Punt Road Wines’ home in
Coldstream…ideas are born here, the grapes are grown
here, and the wines are crafted and shared here. As a
family-owned vineyard and winery, they aim to create
wines that reflect the heritage of their site, and the
independent, creative energy of the Yarra Valley.

Winemaker Tim Shand guides the path of fruit from more than 150 acres of estate-
grown vineyards. Punt Road Wines have planted several varieties over the past
30 years to best suit this site, including pinot gris, chardonnay, pinot noir, gamay, shiraz,

The first planting took place in 1968 by two brothers and
today, half a century later, the Fergusson family continue
to share their passion for the drop through a vineyard
experience that sees you eating, drinking and escaping into
a natural and relaxed setting. Fergusson Restaurant offers
the perfect setting with warm timber furnishings, a high
cathedral ceiling and a roaring fire in the chilly months.

Overlooking the picturesque vineyard and constructed from solid native timber,

their turning spit, the aged Charolais beef roast is always a popular choice, ensuring
