1 On page 2, after line 5, insert the following:
2 "(2) To be eligible for registration, any registrant who is under
3 the age of eighteen at the time of registration must provide the
4 county auditor with documented proof of citizenship before he or she
5 may be allowed to register. Documented proof of citizenship includes:
6 (a) A driver's license number or government issued identification
7 if citizenship is indicated;
8 (b) A photocopy of a birth certificate;
9 (c) A passport; or
10 (d) Naturalization documents or a certificate of naturalization.
