“BETTER WORLD BRIGHTER LIVES” In line with TNB’s ‘Sustainable Pathway’, the design takes into consideration of the energy required to provide thermal comfort and good air quality at the concept stage, which informed the building orientation, spatial configuration, and mechanical systems; and has generated cladding and façade shading systems that respond to solar orientation. Despite its functional geometry, in creating a modern, human-friendly data centre, the buidling features a high-tech workplace with large open spaces and landscaped gardens alongside a pond. “ BUILT TO CONNECT “ A Common Ground for the diverse building that is intended for public use can be a common ground for people with different philosophies or cultures to come together and express openly. It is a stage where people can openly express, work, and share ideas comfortably. Public parks, for instance, are designed with the community in mind. With that we would like to connect those different ideology , theme , ambience together by introducing “Susur Gajah” , a connectivity path with dynamic parametric design to enhance the journey from one to another . The destination will not be complete without a beautiful journey , the pathway will be the guide to visitor itself circulating the show village bringing a unforgettable experience within the vicinity PKNS SHOW VILLAGE (SALES GALLERY) Bernam Jaya , Hulu Selangor Location : Bernam Jaya , Hulu Langat Proposed site : Lot 6144 - 6181 Plot area : 5.55 ACRE (241,758 sqft) Proposed year : 2021 SHOW GALLERY PLAYGROUND LAMAN PENGANTIN FOOD TRUCK SCULPTURE LAMAN HELICONIA LAMAN TOPIARI WATER FOUNTAIN FLOATING BOARD WALK WATER FRONT DROPOFF GALLERY COURTYARD TOWARDS FOOTBALL FIELD LAMAN BULUH C O M M E R C I A L

DNA Darul Ta’zim The Synergy between Johor and Singapore .As the new merging point of the two nations, DNA Darul Ta’zim honours the shared history and ongoing alliances between Johor and Singapore. The twisting form of DNA Darul Ta’zim is reflective of the enduring friendship and cooperation between the two societies - much like a joining of arms. This symbiotic expression alludes to a broader focus, of the opportunities that the RTS could bring for the shared prospects of both nations. D-0ASIS @ TABUAN D - Oasis serves as an homage to the growth, resilience and diversity of the marveled Bornean rainforest. Designed as an oasis in the city centre of Kuching, the resulting proposed design of D-Oasis is an evergreen hub of self-sustainability that combines the aspects of “work, play and learn” for people of all ages and backgrounds. D-Oasis is an exception to the rule as an unexpected respite in an increasingly concrete jungle. The vibrant and robust design encapsulates the complex symbiotic relationships of nature and human nature. It is an ode to the landscape, a herald of growth and rejuvenation in an ever-changing ecosystem. D-0ASIS @ TABUAN Kuching , Sarawak D E S I G N C O M P E T I T I O N P O R T F O L I O 2 0 2 4

D-0ASIS @ TABUAN Kuching , Sarawak NATURAL VENTILATION By splitting up the monotony of the building volume, a central atrium is created. This allows for stacked and cross ventilation throughout the building. CENTRAL GREEN LUNG The central green lung provides a refreshing change of scenery, a comfortable breathing space for users in between programs. UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS Main programmatic zones are kept open with minimal solid walls, providing unobstructed views of the central atrium and surrounding skyline. MAXIMISED DAYLIGHT The photovoltaic façade invites ample daylight to flood the interiors of the building. STRONG CONNECTION WITH PUBLIC SPACE Bridges strategically connect the volumetric function blocks, creating a multilevel streetscape and viewing platforms surrounding the atrium and triple height amphitheatre. STAGGERED FLOOR PLATES The staggered floor plates break up the monotony of the building, creating an interesting play of height and perception at different levels of the building. VERTICALITY & CONNECTIVITY The perception of height is emphasised with the implementation of slender columns. VOLUMETRIC DELINEATION The levels of privacy of the programs are delineated using the volumes of the building. CENTRAL GREEN LUNG The central atrium reintroduces the element of nature into the building with green pockets and a green belt along the undulating floor plates. TRANSPARENCY & PERMEABILITY A perforated metal skin envelopes the building to allow for a sense of transparency and permeability.
