As the sole principal of NR Architect and NR Interior Design since 2000, she led a medium-sized consultancy firm and diversified into NR Architect Design Sdn. Bhd. Her focus on sustainable architecture shines through projects like the "Diamond Building" earning Malaysia's first Platinum Green Building Index (GBI) and Singapore's Green Mark rating in 2012. This building garnered accolades like the Asian Energy Award 2012 and the "International Green Apple Awards" for the Built Environment and Architectural Heritage 2013 (UK). Her forthcoming project, the BMI-UNIKL campus in Gombak, aims to be Malaysia's inaugural Zero Carbon Energy Plus building. She is also currently the President of ‘Wanita Industri Binaan Malaysia’.
