OT GUIDELINES
Overtime is computed only after exceeding at least 30 minutes
past the o cial working hours.
e.g. O cial shift ends at 7.30pm. Sta clocks out at 8.30pm. OT
will only be counted from 8pm to 8.30pm.

Click on “My Calendar”
Click on the leave date
Select ‘Leave Type’
Specify leave start and end date
Indicate ‘Base Type’ - Full day (DAY) / Half day (SESSION)
Click ‘Submit’ to con rm
ANNUAL ANNUAL LEAVE - CANCELLATION
LEAVE
Go to ‘My Calendar”
Click on ‘Annual Leave’ in the
Leave date
Click ‘Cancel Request’
ANNUAL LEAVE - VIEW TEAM CALENDAR
Click on “My Calendar”
Under Team Calendar, you can:
Assign shift
Make adjustments to sta ’s attendance
