Director Profile

Scott Widdows With a background in construction, Scott worked in Hampshire
Director and Surrey for over 12 years. In 2000 Scott changed career
paths and worked for a start-up company specialising in IT asset
management disposal. In the 8 years that followed the company
went from Scott and the MD with a turnover of £350,000.00 to
14 employees turning over £3.8M.
Choosing to move back to Thanet, Scott attended a course in Building
Surveying with Greenwich University achieving a HNC with com-
mendation. At the same time as this South Eastern Homes was
created.

Simina Widdows Simina’s background is in overseas sales within the IT industry.
Director With a degree in English and Romanian and the ability to speak
4 languages, she was an instrumental part in turning a small
web development company into the second largest in her native
country.
With a keen interest in property and having worked closely within
an entrepreneurial company she was inspired to form South Eastern
Homes with Scott. Simina is qualified with the National Landlords
Association and manages every aspect of South Eastern Homes’
rental portfolio.
