The Arcadia Family of Companies was proud to serve as the Presenting Sponsor of the Hawaii Lung Association’s inaugural Breath of Motherhood Awards, celebrating the spirit of ha, the breath of life. The award recognizes both the first breath of life a mother gives and the essential work women do every day.The event honored four extraordinary women whose leadership, mentorship, and service have made a lasting impact on our Hawaii community: Kathy Morimoto, Mel Pieper, Kalene Sakamoto, and our very own President & CEO, Suzie Schulberg. Suzie’s compassionate leadership is deeply inspired by her mother, Betty White. Following Betty’s recent victorious battle with lung cancer, Suzie’s connection to the American Lung Association’s lifesaving mission has become deeply personal, highlighting the vital importance of family vigilance and collective care. Congratulations, Suzie! We are incredibly proud of you and grateful for your inspiring leadership and dedication.
