GROUP INTRODUCTION

Madina Group started its business under the
name of Madina Trading Corporation in the year
of 1978. It started importing quality cement from
China, Indonesia, South Korea and other countries
in the year of 1982. Finally, in the year of 1987, it
emerged as a private limited company.

Madina Group has become an industry leader of the
country, and has been a major contributor to the
national exchequer, where it provides more than TK. 100
crore per annum. In 1999, its total turnover stood at about
TK. 600 crore, and it has been increasing every year. Madina
Group has been one of the biggest contributors to the
country's GDP.

Madina Group have been engaged in Cement, Polymer,
Polyfibre, Shipping, Real Estate, Fruits, Cold storage and other
business sector, ensuring that each sector is ready to tackle any
challenge and work towards sustainable growth. The Group is proud
to announce that around 2000 skilled manpower is under their wings.
In an effort towards eliminating unemployment, one of the leading
issues to our nation's development, Madina Group wants to generate
more employment opportunities for the people of Bangladesh.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Madina Fruits Limited, the largest fruits importer and supplier company in the
local market of Bangladesh, was founded in 1987. Throughout the years the com-
pany has been at the fore front of the industry, ensuring goodwill and customer
satisfaction.
Madina Fruits Limited started its journey by importing fruits like apple, mango,
pomegranate and orange from India, and also started importing orange from
Bhutan.
Due to the high demand of the market, Madina Fruits Limited also started to
import fruits from Europe, America, Australia, South America, Middle East and
other countries. Madina Fruits Limited is fulfilling 10-12% of demand across the
nation and are at the forefront of the economic development sector of
Bangladesh.

introduced new product categories that include dry,
frozen products. Madina Fruits imports various
internationally acclaimed brands from Different
countries.

Our range includes Dates, Malta, Mandarin,
Orange, Apple, Pomegranate and Grape
which you will find at reasonable prices in our
sales center.

Almonds, Pistachio, Cashew Nuts, Macadamia,
Walnuts, Currant, Raisin, Dates, Prunes, Fig and more.

SPICES

Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black cardamom, Black
pepper, Saffron, Cloves, Fennel, bay leaf, Nutmeg,
Mace, Cumin and more.

COLD STORAGE FACILITIES

Madina Fruits Limited facilities
include 3 fully air-conditioned
warehouses with inbuilt walk-in
freezer and chiller rooms providing
10,000 sq. ft storage space for dry
goods and up to 14,000 sq.ft
space for frozen and chilled prod-
ucts. We pride ourselves on our
hygienically clean storage system
that is regularly inspected by
several government bodies. Our
cold room storage ensures our
products are always fresh.

transportation system network

which enables efficient

nationwide and international

supply chain. Our All delivery staff

are trained in Basic Food Hygiene.
