SUMMER CAMP LUNCH SESSION $10/WEEK

CMH is offering families the convenience of a seamless all-day camp experience
by providing a supervised on-campus lunch period from 12:00pm-1:00pm on camp
days. Cost for this additional session is $10 per week and covers the cost of supervision
and activity supplies. Campers must bring their own lunch and beverage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Camp fee will be refunded for cancellations received one week prior to the start of
the camp. Full reimbursement of a camp fee and transaction fee will be made if a
camp is cancelled by Catholic Memorial High School. Please email
Sue Lehsten ([email protected]) if a cancellation is necessary.

By enrolling your child in any of the CMH camps, you hereby authorize school officials to take
whatever action is deemed necessary, in their judgment, for the health of your child. You accept full
responsibility for all costs related to such treatment. You also certify that your student is in good
health and give your permission for your student to participate in any or all programs.
Please note that photographs and video footage will be taken throughout the summer camps. These
may be used by CMH for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social

have you breaking secret codes, solving puzzles and
mysteries and trying to escape our room this summer.
Learn some secret spy skills, work on problem-solving,
and tackle brain-busting problems head-on. We will
use our spy skills on the last day of camp to solve a
group mystery to escape our room.

SHAKESPEARE PLAYS! ACTING SHAKESPEARE

BOYS’ VOLLEYBALL CAMP

For boys entering grades 5-9

Whether you love volleyball, want to learn more about it, or just want to have some fun while staying active this
summer, the CMH Boys Volleyball Camp is right for you! Our camp is designed for boys entering 5th–9th grade, and
all levels of experience are welcome. You don’t need to be attending CMH in order to join. We will cover a variety of
volleyball skills while participating in drills and actual games.

Athletic attire including gym shoes is expected. Campers will receive a t-shirt upon completion of the camp. T-shirt
sizes available: YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL.

Each session is limited to 48 players.

GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL

For girls entering grades 4-9

Crusader Volleyball Camps for girls are designed to meet the needs of this generation of volleyball players. With camps
targeted for beginners, who work on fundamentals, through experienced incoming freshmen, who are exposed to more
advanced technical and tactical instruction, Crusader camps provide a challenging environment for campers of all skill levels.

All camps will have an 8:1 coach to camper ratio. Camp T-shirt included. Sizes: YM, YL. AS, AM, AL, and AXL. Campers must
provide their own water bottle, appropriate volleyball gear and knee pads. Freshman camp is structured as a BYO lunch.

JULY 20 - 23

Monday – Thursday

CAMP 1 10:00am - 12:00pm Development Camp FEE: $60; limited to 32 campers

Designed for players just learning the game and who want to develop their core skills. (Typically 4th and 5th graders.)

CAMP 2 12:30pm - 2:00pm Setters Camp FEE: $60; limited to 16 campers

Campers will receive specialized training in the “Art of Setting.” Campers must have at least two years of school experience
or one year of club experience.

CAMP 3 2:30pm - 5:00pm Performance Enhancement Camp FEE: $70; limited to 32 campers

This camp is designed for the developing player who has good basic skills and wants to continue to improve.
(Typically 6th and 7th graders.)

CAMP 4 5:30pm - 8:30pm Challenge Camp FEE: $80; limited to 48 campers

This is a high intensity “NO EXCUSES” camp designed for HIGHLY MOTIVATED athletes who will be entering 7th or 8th grade.

CAMP 5 9:00am - 4:00pm Freshman Camp FEE: $160; limited to 32 campers

Campers, regardless of school affiliation, will be trained to meet the demands of high school volleyball. Mornings will consist of a
variety of drills, and in the afternoon, campers will compete in a variety of large and small groups. Bring your own lunch.

SUMMER STRENGTH & SPEED TRAINING

For boys entering grades 7-12 / For girls entering grades 7-12

The objective of summer strength training is to help athletes achieve their goal of excelling at their sport(s) of choice.
We believe that an athlete’s physical preparedness enhances his or her mental image which equates to improvement
in their athletic performance. The keys to an athlete’s success go beyond the practice and drills they do for a single
sport. It takes a depth of skills and abilities to bring an athlete from average to exceptional. Only by improving all
parts of the physical system will an athlete reach the next level of success.

Through our Summer Strength Program you will see increased mobility, increased strength, increased speed,
enhanced cardiovascular health, improved self-confidence, positive self-image and work ethic that remains with
you for life. Players must wear gym shoes and gym clothing. Bring cleats as well for field agility work. Highly
recommended for all students interested in competing in athletics at CMH.

JR. CRUSADER TENNIS CAMP

For students entering grades 6-8

Join us for tennis drills, skills development, competition, and fun with coaches and varsity players from the Catholic
Memorial and Waukesha South tennis programs. Players of all skill levels are welcome! We will have opportunities
available for beginners, intermediate and tournament players. Players should bring their own racquet, sports shoes
and clothing, and water bottle.
