MINIMUM PRICING POLICIES

Lyndon Furniture greatly appreciates all of our Retailers and their efforts put forth to sell Lyndon product. In order to protect the
investments made by our valued customers and to maintain our position in the marketplace, we at Lyndon have adopted Minimal
Pricing Policies for Brick and Mortar Commerce (MPP) and for eCommerce (ECMPP).

The maximum discount allowed under the MPP and ECMPP for :
STOCKING retailers is 30% off the retail price book as provided.
NON-stocking and/or online only retailers is 20% off the retail price book as provided.

These policies pertain to all Lyndon customers in the United States. All products in the current price list are subject to this MPP and
ECMPP. These policies concern minimal pricing only. All other current terms and conditions applicable to Lyndon customers remain
in effect.

To remain a Lyndon Retailer you are expected to comply with these maximum discount ceilings. These policies pertain to new,
unused, and undamaged product. Periodically, floor models and seconds or products returned to the retailer may retail for less than
the listed MPP, but this must be stated on the invoice to the end user.

All Retailers are free to accept or comply at their own discretion knowing that the actions taken by Lyndon Furniture are in Lyndon
Furniture’s sole discretion.

MPP and ECMPP Policy Terms: If information is received that Lyndon finds to be credible that a Retailer has advertised, offered,
or sold for less than the MPP or ECMPP stated, an investigation will ensue and may include contact with the Retailer and/or end
customer to gather facts. If said facts prove that the MPP or ECMPP has been violated, written notification of cancellation of business
relations will be sent to the Retailer at their principal place of business. All open orders will be canceled and any further orders will
not be accepted.

Termination/Future Orders: Once business has been terminated for violation, there will be no renegotiation for promise or
acceptance of compliance of the Lyndon MPP or ECMPP.

If found after investigation that violation was unintentional, Lyndon may forgo termination of retailer status but will inform the
retailer that the violation has been noted. Compliance will be expected going forward.

In rare cases, requests for reinstatement may be honored due to circumstances and/or misinformation. These requests must be
submitted in writing along with current credit information and current showroom information.

MPP Term: The MPP is in effect January 1, 2019 and is in effect until further written notice under signature of the President of
Lyndon Furniture.

ECMPP Term: The ECMPP is in effect January 1, 2019 and is in effect until further written notice under signature of the President
of Lyndon Furniture.

Authorized Personnel: No Lyndon Furniture Personnel has authority to change or modify the MPP and ECMPP. The only
representative who may discuss the MPP and ECMPP is the MPP/ECMPP administrator. Please submit all comments and

THE ORDERING PROCESS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be sure to read the following information. To ease ordering and ensure good communication, please familiarize yourself with
this price list and our terms. All prices listed are F.O.B. Lyndon, Vermont. Prices are subject to change without notice. Lyndon
reserves the right to refuse any offer of purchase at any given time. Lyndon does not allow charge-backs without prior approval
from Customer Service. Please see Lyndon Return Policy on Page ___.

CREDIT TERMS

Initial orders are shipped COD, or CBD. With approved credit, terms are set at 1% 10, net 30. Credit limits will be set for all new
accounts. All invoices over 30 days are subject to 1.5% monthly interest charges. All unpaid invoices over 30 days will delay further
shipments until the entire amount has been paid in full. Continued abuse of credit terms will result in the loss of said terms.

ORDERS HELD FOR LACK OF PAYMENT

Any completed orders held over 10 days past ship date will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day on orders up to $5000. Orders over
$5000 will be charged at a rate of $20 per day.

To avoid errors and confusion: All orders and/or changes must be sent to Lyndon via fax, postal mail, or email:
[email protected]. It is the customer’s responsibility to examine written acknowledgments for errors.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Quotes are not given by phone. Please send quote requests via email: [email protected] or fax: (802) 748-9767.
Due to the large volume of quotes handled, we require that the assigned quote number and a copy of priced quote be sent at the time
of order; price cannot be guaranteed otherwise. Quotes are valid for 60 days. No discounts will apply to custom orders. On custom
pieces over $500, you will be asked to sign off on your acknowledgment copy before we proceed with building the product. Any
changes made after sign off or start of production may result in additional cost and/or delay of ship date. Orders canceled or after
production has begun will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
When requesting a quote, please provide as many details as possible and always include Species, Style, and Size.
All mixing of wood species must be custom quoted.
If Lyndon supplies a custom drawing, an additional fee may apply. Custom orders that require a customer drawing, stain, etc. will
not go into production until such items are received by Lyndon.

LYNDON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER CONSTRUCTION FOR STRUCTURAL PURPOSES.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders with a shipping date of 30 calendar days from the date of order will be charged an additional 10%. Rush orders with
a shipping date of 10 working days from the order date will be charged an additional 15%. Rush orders are available on standard
catalog items only. Regular orders are not delayed due to rush orders. Lyndon reserves the right to refuse rush orders. We are
sometimes at the mercy of trucking company schedules and rush orders may be late due to these issues. Most trucking companies
pick up freight once a week and on specific days. While we strive to ship rush orders on time as noted, some delays may occur
based on these constraints.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or requested changes must be made in writing prior to the beginning of production. Orders canceled or changed after
production has begun will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for standard items or 40% for custom orders.

ADDITIONAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

WOOD
Lyndon Furniture strives to construct product from solid hardwood wherever possible. Natural expansion and contraction of wood necessitates the use of some veneer
products on certain panels/pieces. The majority of Lyndon products are available in Cherry, Maple, Oak, and Walnut with a few exceptions, that are clearly stated under
each item. All mixing of wood species must be custom quoted.
The following variety of specialty woods are also available in specific cases:
Ash: Priced the same as Cherry. Offered standard on select product. Most panels and table tops can be done in Ash. The following
legs/bases are not available: French Country, Duncan-Phyfe, Cabriole, and Tear Drop. Most chairs are not available in Ash.
Curly Maple: Add 15% to Maple prices. Most panels and table tops can be done in Curly Maple. The following legs/bases are not
available: French Country, Duncan-Phyfe, Cabriole, and Tear Drop. Chairs are not available in Curly Maple. Tiger’s-Eye is
the only stain option available. If Natural finish is requested, there will be a 20% upcharge and will require customer sign
off.
Red Maple: Used for painted table bases.
Wormy Maple: Add 10% to Maple prices. Most panels and table tops can be done in Wormy Maple. The following legs/bases are
not available: French Country, Duncan-Phyfe, Cabriole, and Tear Drop. Chairs are not available in Wormy Maple.

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MINIMIZE SAP, KNOTS, AND OTHER NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE THEIR
COMPLETE ABSENCE. NATURE’S MATERIALS DO NOT OFFER A GUARANTEE, AND SOME CHARACTERISTICS MAY PRESENT THEMSELVES DURING
PRODUCTION. THESE ARE NORMAL PARTS OF THE TREE AND A SIGN OF THE GENUINE NATURAL BEAUTY OF AMERICAN HARDWOODS. WE WILL
NOT HANDPICK SPECIFIC BOARDS FOR EITHER STANDARD OR CUSTOM PRODUCT.
SALES AIDS
Lyndon will supply the following sales aides on request at no charge: Fabric Swatches, Stain Samples, Edge Sample Boards, Full Color Catalog, Brochures, Wholesale,
and Retail Price Lists.
SHIPPING
Lyndon reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless a preferred shipping company is stated in writing. Lyndon will not be held responsible for
delays due to trucking issues. Please call Lyndon for a complete listing of available shipping companies for your area. Most carriers offer a free astray program for
minor and concealed damage. Due to the additional packaging requirements and the time involved to ship items via FedEx, we find it necessary to apply an additional
10% charge to existing order cost.
DAMAGES
It is the receiving party’s responsibility to check for concealed damage at the time of delivery and to note such on your Bill of Lading signed by the driver. If you do not
do this, Lyndon will not be able to assist you in recovering your losses. It is Lyndon’s policy that when product is received, it is the responsibility of the retailer to open
and inspect product for concealed damages. If retailers are using a receiving/delivery company, this task will be performed by said company. However, there have been
some incidences where customers have picked up and assembled their own furniture and then discovered damage/problems. Please be advised that damage/problems
discovered after an end user has taken possession of product by removing it from the store and bringing it to their home
will not be recoverable.
RETURN POLICY
Unless prior arrangements are made with Lyndon Furniture, returns are to be sent back within 90 days. Items not back in this time period will be considered sold and
past due. This may put your account on our delinquent list, resulting in shipments being held. Storage charges will be applied to held orders.
Please be advised:
Retailers who choose to sell outside their locality will be responsible for any costs incurred getting returns, repairs, etc. from the customer to their location. Lyndon’s
return policy will apply to returns only from/to the retailer. Repairs/replacements will be returned to the retailer only, unless the retailer arranges for direct shipment to
the customer at their own expense.
Lyndon will accept no returns without prior approval, nor will charge-backs for repairs be honored unless approved by Lyndon before having repairs done. A Return
Authorization Number (RA#) for return etc. will be given by Lyndon at time of request and approval. Returned packages should be marked with the RA# received from
Lyndon customer service.
Returns must be sent via a Lyndon approved carrier. We have a free astray agreement with many of the trucking companies. If returns are sent with other than a Lyndon
approved carrier, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the retailer. All items must be well packaged to avoid further damage. Any return received that is not well
packaged will not receive full credit. All returns will be inspected on receipt by Lyndon’s quality control department. If deemed damage is not a manufacturer’s defect,
item(s) will be repaired and returned to retailer and repair costs may apply.
Damages caused by shipping companies not covered under a full free astray agreement with Lyndon Furniture will be chargeable repairs. The retailer should
initiate claims with the trucking company before returning items to Lyndon.
Lyndon will not replace chairs over one month old unless we determine the problem to be a manufacturer’s defect. Chairs over one month old must be returned for
repair or replacement at Lyndon’s discretion.
Lyndon will not guarantee unfinished furniture against warping and cracking. Finished products developing cracks, warping, or checking will be examined; if deter-
mined to be manufacturer’s defect, or acts of nature (i.e. dry air/humidity), Lyndon will repair or replace accordingly.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the retailer.

Stains are standard as listed. Any deviation from these standard offerings will be subject to a 20% custom stain charge.


FINISHES
All finishes are made by Sherwin-Williams.

Lyndon’s High Solids Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer: This is a clear, high solids lacquer. It offers good protection/durability and has a matte (low sheen)
appearance. With the exception of the Homestead line of reclaimed furniture and the Sweet Lyndon tables, lacquer is the standard finish applied to all
product lines. This finish is GREENGUARD certified.

Lyndon’s “Green” Water Based Urethane: An environmentally friendly finish with substantially low VOC’s, considered our “commercial” finish option,
it offers a comparable look/feel to lacquer but with superior protective and durability properties. Please Add 10% for this finish option.

Lyndon’s High Solids Oil Finish: A modified oil finish that enhances the natural beauty of wood while leaving a hard resin coating and considered
environmentally friendly due to its low VOC’s. This is the standard finish applied to the Homestead line of reclaimed furniture and Sweet Lyndon tables.
To use this finish option on any other Lyndon product: Add 10%. This finish is GREENGUARD certified.

LYNDON’S HIGH SOLIDS OIL FINISH CANNOT BE APPLIED OVER ANY STAIN.

Unless otherwise specified or requested, all Lyndon Furniture will be finished with our standard lacquer natural finish.
Exceptions: The Homestead line of reclaimed furniture and the Sweet Lyndon tables are finished with Lyndon’s High Solids Oil finish.

Lyndon does not do high gloss finishes.
Unfinished Pieces: Deduct 5%. Please note, Lyndon will not warranty unfinished pieces from warping and/or cracking.
LYNDON’S LACQUER FINISH TEST RESULTS
The finish was tested for and passed exposure to the following substances: vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, grape juice, ketchup, mustard, coffee, and alcohol.
These substances were applied to finished pieces and left for 24 hours (with the exception of mustard, which was left for two hours); no discoloration or
other damage occurred.
The water and detergent test is conducted by dipping the end of the wood into a 3% detergent/water solution for a period of 24 hours. This did produce
a slight darkening of the grain over that period. On re-testing there was no change. Lyndon’s finish is water “resistant” and not water “proof ”. Furniture
protection is suggested.
We feel comfortable with these results and our finish application process. We hope that this information will give you and your customers a better idea of

ANY SPILL SHOULD BE CLEANED IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND TO ENSURE A LONG, USEFUL LIFE.
Please avoid leaving leather objects on finished surfaces for extended periods of time, as the leather may have a chemical reaction due to the tanning
PAINT process and may mar/stain the finish.
Lyndon’s standard paint colors are Lyndon Black and Lyndon White. Only dining table bases can be painted and are subject to a 5% upcharge with a $100
minimum when painted with Lyndon’s standard paint colors. Lyndon will not paint dining table tops, chairs, occasional tables, beds, or case pieces.
Custom paint colors are not available.

DISTRESSING
Formerly known as Rustic, distressing is a process to make a piece look aged and well-used. Only slight distressing is available and is focused on the top
and edges.
Samples are shown in Cherry with an Autumn stain. For samples in another wood or finish, there will be a charge of $25 per sample. When the sample is
approved and the order placed, a $25 credit will be applied to the order.

EACH DISTRESSED PIECE WILL BE DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE.
LYNDON WILL NOT GUARANTEE YOUR PIECE WILL BE EXACTLY AS THE SAMPLE YOU VIEW.

BUTTERFLIES
3-5 butterflies can be added to a Sherwood Live Edge table top for $20 each. However, they will be randomly applied, not centered down the middle of the
top. Unless otherwise specified, Cherry tops will have Walnut butterflies and Walnut tops will have Cherry butterflies.

RECLAIMED CHESTNUT AND WHITE PINE

Available as standard for Dining Table, Occasional Table, and Bench tops (1” thick only). Tops are finished using Lyndon’s High
Solids Oil finish and placed in combination with Cherry, Maple, Oak, and Walnut table bases which are finished using Lyndon’s
High Solids Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer. Also available as an option for the headboard on the Brattleboro Bed and for the tops, drawer
fronts, and door panels on Cherry, Maple, Oak, and Walnut Dining Case Pieces. Dining Case Pieces are finished using Lyndon’s
High Solids Oil finish. Reclaimed woods are not available in Lyndon’s High Solids Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer. Lyndon’s High Solids Oil
finish cannot be applied to stains.

SHERWOOD

LIVE EDGE CHERRY AND WALNUT
Available on the Sherwood Trestle Table and Bench, the Vergennes Dining and Occasional Tables, and as solid-tops (1 1/4” thick

tops only) on other table bases. 3-5 randomly placed Butterflies can be added to table tops for $20 each and will not be placed
down the center of the top. Also available for a headboard on the Brattleboro Bed. Live Edge Cherry and Walnut pieces are finished

using Lyndon’s High Solids Pre-Catalyzed Lacquer.
ADD 12.5% TO REGULAR CHERRY AND WALNUT TABLE PRICES.
LIVE EDGE ADDED TO ALL OTHER PIECES NOT LISTED IN THE PRODUCT PAGES MUST BE CUSTOM QUOTED.

A LITTLE ABOUT LYNDON...

After graduating from high school in 1976,
Lyndon’s founder David Allard started working
out of a fieldstone house he was building for his
parents, making custom cabinets and furniture.
David constructed his first woodworking shop in
Lyndon, VT from timber he cut from the family

farm and had milled locally.

Over the years, seven additions have been built on
the original building and two more factories have

been added, bringing the total to over 140,000
square feet of production space and employing
approximately 100 crafts people. In 2000, David
was recognized as the “Vermont Small Business

Person of the Year” by the Small Business
Association. An honor which he says belongs

as much to his employees as to himself.

Unique to Lyndon Furniture is a large selection
of solid wood furniture styles and a variety of
sizes not normally available from a small or large
company. We are proud of all the furniture we

ADDITIONAL TABLE INFORMATION

• Most tables on the market are 3/4” thick. Lyndon’s standard table top thickness is 1” or 1 1/4”.
• Legs vary in size from 1 3/4” to 2 3/4”. Custom sizes are also available, please email or fax for custom

pricing.
• Suggested space allowance is 22-24” per person when figuring table size needed.
• The grain on extension tables runs the width of the table top. The grain on solid top tables runs the length

of the table top.
• All oval dining tables are racetrack ovals.
• Round tables over 60” and tables over 72” long will be crated.
• Radius corner dimensions on tables: Tables 24-35” wide will have 2” radius corners; tables 36-41” wide

will have 3” radius corners; tables 42” and wider will have 5” radius corners.
• When your extension table has the correct slides, the top should not sag. Gear slides are purposely made

to sag in the middle so that when the table is fully extended and the ends are overhanging the base, the
table will be flat. All wood slides are used on four-leg tables and split pedestals, and have an arch in them
until the leaves are put in. Lyndon trestle extension tables are built with geared slides.
• Some extension tables have metal slides. These slides can be damaged if the table is lifted by its top. These
tables should be moved by lifting the table by the skirts or base.
• Any four-leg base 48” round and above (non-gear slides) can be made with three 18” leaves but cannot
have self store leaves.
• Self Store leaves are not available in tables over 48” wide. In tables that can self store leaves, only two
leaves will store.
• Due to the restrictions involved in self storing leaves, if a table which is standard (or offered as an option)
with self store leaves is customized in any way, please check with Lyndon to be sure this option will still
be viable.
• Table locks are standard on trestle tables 42” wide or wider. They are available upon request on most
tables, but please be advised they may be visible and in an area where knees may hit.
• Corian table tops are available. Please email or fax required details (size, thickness, and color series)
for custom pricing.
• Change Top Thickness from 1” to 1 1/4” in Ash, Cherry, Maple, Oak, or Walnut: Add 25%
• Change Top Thickness from 1 1/4” to 1 3/4” in Ash, Cherry, Maple, or Oak: Add 25%
• Change Top Thickness from 1 1/4” to 1 3/4” in Walnut: Add 40%
• Dining tables measure about 30” high in overall height. See Page 29 for heights and clearance dimensions
for all styles.
• Custom table heights are available. Some bases/legs are easier to change than others, so please email or
fax for custom pricing. Counter height tables are 36” high and Bar height tables are 42” high.
• Custom size tables are available up to 140 inches long. Please email or fax for custom pricing.
• Change Top Shape to Boat, Oval, or Squoval: Add $60. There is no charge to change the top shape to
rectangle.
• Change Top Edge (with the exception of Sherwood Live Edge): No Charge
• Change Top to Cherry or Walnut Sherwood Live Edge (not applicable for extension tables): Add 12.5%
• Butterflies, placed at random not down the center, can be added to a Sherwood Live Edge table top.
- 3 Butterflies on tables 40-60” long: Add $60
- 4 Butterflies on tables 61-84” long: Add $80
- 5 Butterflies on tables 85-108” long: Add $100
• Mix different Lyndon stains on table tops and bases: Add $40
• Lyndon will not paint table tops. Only dining table bases can be painted ($100 minimum): Add 5%
• Table tops and bases are available individually. For a Top Only: Deduct $60. For a Base Only, please
email or fax for custom pricing.
• Drawers are solid hardwood, have dovetailed joints and sides, and full-extension drawer glides.
• Drawers come standard with Shaker wood knobs, unless otherwise requested.
• Add Drawer (7-30” wide) to four-leg solid top table (along length of table only): Add $85
• Add Self Store option (when applicable) to an extension table: Add $50
• Storage Bag for table leaves: Add $30
