DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION 12 REGIONAL MEMBERSHIP DATABASE Establishing a Regional Membership Database is a foundational step in harnessing the power of data-driven innovation. This database would serve as a centralized repository containing comprehensive information on JCI members across the West Indies region. The database should include not only basic membership details but also more granular data such as members' skills, expertise, businesses and services, interests, and engagement history within JCI. 2024 The creation of a Regional Membership Database stands as a foundational initiative in our pursuit of data-driven innovation within JCI West Indies. This repository of member information offers numerous advantages. Firstly, it enhances member engagement by allowing us to tailor opportunities and experiences based on individual preferences and historical engagement data. Furthermore, it facilitates the development of customized training and development programs, ensuring that our members receive tailored support to maximize their potential. By leveraging this database, local organisation and members can readily access information about members who can serve as trainers, facilitators and service providers.
13 WEST INDIES SKILLS DEVELOPMENT HUB/ SENATE MENTORSHIP The concept of Senator Mentorship and West Indies Skills Development Hub is a multifaceted initiative designed to leverage the wisdom and experience of JCI Senate members in ways that extends beyond our organization membership and into the broader community: 2024 The proposal of a Senator Mentorship and the establishment of a West Indies Skills Development hub presents a comprehensive initiative aimed at leveraging the expertise and experience of JCI Senate members across different states within the West Indies region. This strategic approach involves Senate members taking an active role in developing training and leadership programs with a focus on professional development. What sets this initiative apart is its commitment to making these programs accessible not only to JCI members but also to the general public, albeit at a cost. The pedagogy of these programs emphasizes universal leadership principles rather than being exclusive to JCI, ensuring broader appeal and impact. While full accreditation may take time, the plan includes engaging with the Ministries of Education across the Caribbean to eventually align with recognized standards. This initiative not only empowers JCI members but also positions the organization as a key player in leadership development throughout the region, contributing to personal growth and community impact on a broader scale.
