Greetings everyone!

I am pleased to announce that we had another wonderful year in our jour-
ney. We welcomed many new customers and associates into MOURI Tech
family and it has been an exciting year with several organizational changes.

Change is essential to the continued success of any organization and
MOURI Tech continues to look for ways to refocus and restructure to en-
sure that our clients receive the quality service and attention they deserve.
New leadership roles were created to ensure that all parts of our business

MOURI Tech Foundation has reached out to
several Government schools in the remote vil-
lages of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for pro-
viding digital classrooms.

The digital classrooms sponsored by MOURI
Tech Foundation are to provide superior digital
learning experience to the children.

The classrooms are equipped with new com-

MOURI Tech was excited with the client visits in 2018 and were honored to host our business partners who were visiting to
understand more on our working culture and style. Our associates supporting the clients had got a chance to meet their re-
spective teams with whom they work. The knowledge sharing and presentations given by our team had set the expectations
high and we were able to grab client's attention with our inspirational message "There is no end to innovation in our business".

TRINET HEALTH

Mr. Andy, the Program Manager from TriNet visited MOURI
Tech Vizag office. The team had a quick interaction followed
by team dinner. The interaction certainly helped the team
to understand the future road map and technologies to be
familiar. With Two years and counting MOURI Tech is privi-
leged to have Trinet as our client who has been quite sup-
portive with our engagement.

MOURI Tech was immensely pleased to have Mr. Satish Nagam and Mr. Wendor
(Program Manager) visiting our Vizag office. We had an opportunity to present the

OUR NEW LOCATION - KOLHAPUR

MOURI Tech had started its rigor hiring in building the talent pipe line for
upcoming new projects. With the increased flow of new comers, we are very
happy that Bachupally location was now added with another floor in increase
the capacity which can now accommodate nearly 50 being allocated to ERP
Technical team due to high projections.

Now MOURI Tech has a new offshore presence in Northern region of India at
Kolhapur. The decision to start in Kolhapur and focus on Digital Operations
segment was for the available talent near the prime cities of India. With the
expected growth in our Digital portfolio, plans to expand the Kolhapur office
is in works already.

CAMPUS HIRES

In 2018, MOURI Tech aimed at recruiting young talent from reputed universities and followed through with campus drives
across India. Overall 600 students participated in the drive and everyone actively participated in their selection areas. At the
completion of the drive, we invited 50 talented youngsters to join MOURI Tech family. This year's campus drive has been very
successful and this was planned and executed flawlessly by our recruitment team.
