class of 2021 by accepting 250 people into the
program. During this selection process, the JATC
received over 4000 applications, of which 676 were
interviewed, requiring 32 interviewing sessions.
Typically, applicantsareinterviewedbyapanelconsist-
ing of two labor representatives, two management represen-
tatives, and a JATC staff person. Each representative
contributed no less than one full day to the process. The
Chapter is grateful to the following management representa-
