Christmas Message 2018

At the beginning of 2018, I was struck by
a letter written by a young Australian woman,
Holly Butcher, whose life ended far too short
at the age of 27. Her words were beyond her
years. I read it on the Internet (as most of
you know, I’m not a Facebook type of guy).
What she wrote really hit home with me.

Within a week of her passing, I learned a
colleague I worked with passed away. He
lived a far longer life than Holly, yet his life
ended a third shorter than my Uncle Mike,
91, who unfortunately passed away within a
week after that. This 1-2-3 succession made
me really think and question what I was
doing. After reading what I’ve written so far,
does it make you think as well?



















If you are not sure what authentic, honest,
and true love really is, I invite you to ask
yourself two questions:

1. Does this connection feel different and rare?
2. Does this person make me better?

If you have been “waiting” to tell someone
something, tell them before it’s too late.

And as always,
