excluding misuse and normal wear and tear. Fabrics and coverings excluded.
Guarantee applies to original purchaser only and does not apply to commercial applications.
Guarantee does not apply to the bi-cast chairs, which are covered by a 3 year structural guarantee.
All claims are to be made to the original retailer. Proof of purchase is required.
