Price
All prices are subjected to change without notice and invoice will be made out on the basis of prices
ruling on date of dispatch of goods.

Payment
Goods will be supplied subject to availability from our stock. Wherever customers issue cheques,
deliveries likely to be delayed until the cheques are realized. Goods can also be sent by road, rail or air.
In the case of parcel booked by rail or lorry, delivery receipts and/ or the documents will be made
strictly against cash or through scheduled banks or nationalized banks only.

Breakage and shortage
Goods are carefully checked for quality, quantity and condition before they leave the company’s ware
house. The company’s responsibility ceases on delivery of the goods to the carries. No claim for
breakage or loss in transit will be entertained. However if expressly authorized, goods in transit will be
insured at customer’s cost.
