Do not use the serial number of the swather.

2. Provide an explanation why the repair should be covered by warranty. Drapers are
considered a wear item and are not normally covered by the New Equipment Warranty
which is why we require this detail.

4. Pictures of the MD logo

5. The batch code MacDon

6. Picture of the Slats
