Dr. Firsan Nova

Over 20 years experiences in issues handling, crisis
management and conflict resolution in various
industries including government institutions.

In last 5 years actively involved in the issues of
energy, palm oil, financial and insurance, public
health, TV cable, internet provider and public affair
in Jakarta, Jambi, North and South Sumatera, South
and Central Sulawesi, and also West and Central
Java.

Since 2012, constantly quoted by reputable media
as a credible voice for crisis and issue management.
Google Scholar reported that his book "PR WAR"
and "PR Crisis" has been cited by more than 1.000
scientific national and int'l journals.

Noor Huda Ismail, Ph.D

Noor Huda Ismail, PhD is a global consultant on risk
mitigations and strategic communications who works in
Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia,
Japan, Switzerland, French and Austria.

His stakeholders include government institutions,
international agencies like the UNDP, UNODC, UN Women,
EU, ASEAN and multinational companies like Google,
Facebook, British Petroleum, Conoco Phillips and many
others.

He is constantly interviewed by international media like
CNN, BBC, CNA, ABC and local media as well that include
MetroTV, TVOne, TransTV and many others.

Nico Wattimena, Ph.D, MCIPR

Nico Wattimena Ph.D, MCIPR has been a public
relations pratitioner for more than 30 years,

coming from a background as a journalist. He has
been involved in various high profile issues and
crisis in Indonesia like Freeport, Newmont and
Lapindo mud flow among others.


Nico earned his Ph.D in Issues & Crisis
management from the University of Kent
Business School (2009). More over he is a senior
lecturer at the LSPR communication & Business
Institute, Jakarta and guest lecturer at other
universities in Indonesia as well as global
universities.

Dody Rochadi, S.Ikom, M.Ikom

Dodi has an expertise in corporate communication, public
affairs and issue and crisis management.

Dodi has served many companies like Indofood, AirAsia,
Sari Roti, Pizza Hut, AIA, AIG, DBS, Friesland Campina,
TOTAL/Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Danone, Accenture,

Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Forestry, and Ministry of
Health Republic of Indonesia.



Other than that he has served two former Minister of
Finance RI, Mr. Bambang Soedibyo and Mr. Boediono.
Furthermore he has been involved in the campaign team
of a number of candidates, including Gen. Wiranto (2004

presidential campaign) and Gita Wirjawan (2014
Democratic Party Convention).

M. Akbar, S.P, M.Ikom.

Akbar has a unique distinctive competencies.
As a senior journalist he is very expert in
business intelligent, agenda setting, media
relations, issue and public opinion handling,
risk assessment, stakeholders mapping and
engagement.

Akbar has been involved in the issues of
community conflict against foreign
investment in North and South Sumatera,
West and Central Java, South and Central
Sulawesi and any other risky place in
Indonesia. ,

Juli Indira Wardhana, SH MH

20 years experiences in external stakeholder
relations, including stakeholder mapping, profiling
and engagement. She has an expertise to identify
potential business risk and assess the risk.

Juli has been actively involved in conflict resolution
between the company and its stakeholder like
indigenous people, NGOs, Local and Central
government, local gangster, key opinion leaders and
any other opponent stakeholders.

Juli is a woman in conflict, she is very familiar with
the issues in oil and gas industry. No wonder,
because she has been working for Petronas and any
other oil and gas company for more than 15 years.
