 With new trends in employment or a shift in
what millennials are looking for in a home
could be part of this change.

 Based on a 2018 study, it looks like
millennials are heading South and West.

 Texas saw an influx of 199,113 new millennia
citizens while Dallas is number one of cities
where millennials are moving to.

 This is due to Texas having favorable tax
laws, which could enhance the attraction
of millennials to Dallas and other
surrounding large cities such as Houston and
San Antonio

 Same goes for the work field of technology.
Dallas came in second as top cities in the
U.S. to work in the tech field while San
Antonio came in number seven.
