Our new “Stain-Repel” product line, is made with a state of the art
nanotechnology using a Sol-Gel2 Process. We use the highest quality
ingredients on the market, using silicone dioxide pure quartz (also known
as Liquid Glass) instead of simple silica, making a revolutionary new
formula which is much more effective than any traditional repellent. Using
next-generation technology. our team of professional scientists develop
our Stain-Repel product line in our large in-house facility, with full
production capabilities. Our products have been lab tested, are non-toxic,
eco-friendly, odorless, and easy to use. Safe around both children and
pets (perfect for kid’s clothing, stuff animals, and pet beds).

Our product provides higher performance and durability, lasting through
more stains and washes and also works with a larger range of materials
and fabrics. Our various Stain-Repel product varieties are perfect for
sneakers, shoes, boots, dress clothing, kid’s clothing, carpets, upholstery,
leather, and more, each with slightly differing formulas specially created
for the specific material application.

The initial launch of the Stain Repel line shall be sold in two forms, one
for clothing/fabrics and one for sneakers and footwear, sold in 30ml (1oz),
100ml (3.4oz), 235ml (8oz), and 500ml (17oz) spray bottles. The products

”SNEAKER GUARD” the Ultimate Shoe Defender and also
”CLOTHING GUARD” the Ultimate Fabric Defender are our initial

products. All Stain-Repel products are each a hydrophobic and
oleophobic treatment that repels liquids and stains from water, wine,
beer, blood, juice, foods, syrup, soda and more, keeping fabrics and
footwear clean, dry, and stain free. The eco-friendly solution contains no
harmful chemicals or fumes. It will not impact the texture, feel,
breathability or color of treated materials.

Besides consumer usages, we have other products that have a wide range
of applications, ranging from industrial to commercial.

CONSTRUCTION:
We manufacture several products for the construction building and home-
improvement fields, keeping walls, masonry, and cement completely water-
resistant. The product provides unapparelled protection against moisture for
basements, walls, and foundations - without leaving a film or odor. We also have
available products for concrete and pavement, great to keep ice and snow from
bonding with the surface, making removal simple.

VEHICLES:
We have several products that are perfect for automobiles, motorcycles, buses,
trucks, and heavy equipment. The product will repel common spills, preventing
interior stains - and keeping vehicles with that "new car" look. We also carry long-
lasting state-of-the-art rain repellent for windshields, perfect for public
transportation and ride-sharing services. Additionally, we have various products for
protection of body paint, creating a protective barrier that repels water spots, mud,
and grime, much more long-lasting than waxes.

ANTI-BACTERIAL:
We also carry several other products which our nano-lab chemists have thoroughly
tested; however, we are currently in the process of finalizing testing and technical
literature, which we will advise you more of shortly. We will also be marketing new
anti-bacterial nano-products for the medical field (products that kills bacterial and
germs) perfect for hospitals, doctors, and nurses. This can be revolutionary for
bathroom and hallway cleanliness for any medical facility or schools.
