4 Administration and finance division is a backbone of the organisation. This division is the link between other divisions and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. The functions of this division are To ensure the efficient performance of all divisions in CUIC. To plan and control the administrative budget. To keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form. To record all incoming and outgoing letters and documents. To convey all the rules and regulations of UUM to the staff. Responsible to supervise the work related to purchase of assets and inventoLook after administrative affairs of the CUIC.and inventories. INNOVATIVE-INDUSTRY COLLABORATION DIVISION In UUM, community engagement is viewed as a collaborative process that bridges the university, industry and community in a mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge, expertise and experience in the context of partnership, trust, respect and reciprocity. Our focus lies on the pillars of 3Ps (People, Profit and Planet) and we are geared towards human capacity building involving all scales of the community for socio-economic development. Under the CE Division, we work closely with our stakeholders to securing funds and matching industry, community and academia to making impactful connections and complete the full cycle of university’s raison d’être ‘reason for existence’. 9 CUIC UUM has corperate with Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Kedah (JPN) to have a discussion on 24 June 2022 in conducting one special program which aimed to develop schools especially those located in rural areas 24 JUNE 2022 CUIC has coperated with Tadika Kemas Taman Meranti, Changlun to organize “Program Kesedaran Alam Sekitar” at Tadika Kemas Taman Meranti, Changlun on 6 July 2022. 6 JULY 2022 On September 6,2022, around 50 families under B40 from Kampung Seberang Pumpong have received food basekt donations University Utara Malaysia 6 SEPTEMBER 2022 FACEBOOK ACTIVITIES CUIC UUM also has its own facebook page to share and promote different activities. Currently, the Facebook has collected 5,600 likes and have 7,200 followers. It shows CUIC UUM facebook page is running smooth.
