GROOMING
STANDARDS

DEFINITION

A grooming standard is a guideline for appropriate
workplace appearance, personal hygiene, grooming ad
clothing. It is based on several elements including
smartness, cleanliness, safety, hotel image and colleagues
individuality.

GUIDELINES

It is the hotel policy during working hours that all
colleagues adhere with the hotel grooming standards and
dress codes as stated in the succeeding pages. The
standards are enforceable and favourable to our hotel
image.
 
Failure to comply with these standards will result in
disciplinary action.
 
The differences between uniformed and non-uniformed
colleagues including gender are recognized and
incorporated to provide the best interest of the hotel and
colleagues. Additional and specific standards are also
highlighted for key positions and departments.
