Task:Itisproposedtocreateamultifunctionalculturalcenterwitha
polarizingrole,facilitatingculturalactivityandsocialcontacts.

IncludedPrograms:1.Spotsforshows;2.ArtSchool;3.
Exhibitions;4.Library,mediateca;6.Relatedprograms;

Theintentionofthisprojectistobringthelighttothenewculturalspaces
thatarebeingbuiltwiththe"hosting"ofscenicarts.Ialsointendtoinform
abouttherequirementsthatthesespacesshouldhaveandhowthe
functionalschemesareadaptedtosuitnewtypesofscenicarts.Finally,Iwill
trytoproposeaneffectivewayinwhichallartscanbeconnectedto
achieveafinaleffectthatencompassesmanydimensions.

Oneofmymajorgoalsistoreachabroadaudiencetopromotethe
scenicarts.Architectureandartaretwodisciplinesthat,forsome,are
happeningseparately,andforothers,theygivebirthtodreams.Bothhave
undergonemajorchangesanddevelopmentsinrecentyears.Althoughitis
impossibletoaddresseverythingthatthistopicinvolves,soIwilltalkabouta
veryimportantculturalandsocialissuethatinvolvesbothdisciplines:creating
spacesforperformingarts.

TheOfficeCenterisacomplexbuildingmadeofan11-unitrentedoffice
spaces,acentralpublicspace,thatcanbeaccesedbytheneighborhood,
andasecondaryofficespaceformulti-leveledcompanies,thatcanalso
sharesamelevel.

Thewholeshapehasitsoriginsontheshapeontheintersectionof3
mainstreets,andfromtheanalysisofthesiteitwasamust,givinganew
identitytothesurroundingbyplacingatower-shapedbuildingrightnearthe
intersection,inthesametimecreatinganincontothesurroundings,a
guide-simboltotheareaaroundthesite.Sharingbothpublicandprivate
spacesinsametime,thestruggleofcreatingacommongroundforbothof
themwherepeoplecanrelaxandenjoyaquickbreakorgrabasnackin
rush,wasoneofthemainfocussesoftheproject,meanwhileofferingthe
maxiumpotentialofthegroundlevelcanofferbypublicspaces.

Thethemeisthestudyofanarchitecturalprogramwhosecarefulstudytherelationships
betweenthemajorcomponentsoftheprogram-thespacereservedfortheswimmingpools
andtheareaofthespacesusedbythespectator-spaces(interiors)andexterior
landscapingintheimmediatevicinity.

Theathleticsportscomplexoffersoptimalconditionsforrunning-atnationaland
internationallevel-competitiveswimmingactivities-swimming,polo,jumping,synchronous
waterdance,etc.
Themaximumcapacityis1,000placespergradientsdisposedononesideofthemainbasin.

Themainareaoftheprogramisthefieldofviewingandtheoptimalviewingofthe
competitions.Thisspacecontainstwopools:

-THEOLIMPICPOOL-50mlong,25mwide,2.0mdepth-allowsthedelimitationof10
colorcompetition

-THESECONDPOOL-25mlong,15mwide,6.0mdeep
