ES Homes Vice President Ron Cernohous
began professionally construc ng custom 
homes a er gradua ng from the 
University of Florida School of Building 
Construc on in 1993.  His love of 
construc on started long before that 
though, working many summers locally as 
a carpenter and roofer which helped pay 
his way through college.   

Having built homes all over S.W. Florida, in 

foot renova on in Tiburon and  pres gious communi es like Port Royal, 

 construc on on Ft. Myers Beach   Grey Oaks, Mediterra and Bonita Bay, he 
each House
has developed an extensive knowledge of 

various home styles and types of 

construc on.   With over two decades of 

experience, one of his best a ributes is 

the ability to establish and maintain a 

cohesive chain of communica on between 

our clients, design teams, and cra smen 

to produce the highest level of quality in 

the industry.  

Although Ron has managed the 
construc on of many commercial projects, 
even as large as a 65,000 square foot food 
processing facility, his true passion will 
always be working with clients in building 
their dream home.
