Placement
Career facilitation, popularly known as Placement, has always been a key result area at Amrita. The standing and
visibility of the University and the quality of alumni have prompted past recruiters to vie with each other for early slots of
recruitment. Concerted efforts have been made to give ample opportunities to students from core engineering branches to
find careers in core companies. This has reversed the trend of core branch students opting for jobs in the IT industry, for
want of better options. Major global corporates regularly visit Amrita to meet their talent needs.
