69 HURRICANE IAN Ride out team stays in hospitals during storm (TEAM A). Recovery teams (TEAM B) work day before Ride out team launches and for the days after. Residents are on shift work in the hospital – with clear times off. Lessons learned: • More people are needed in Recovery Team. Less people needed in hospital • Recovery Teams shouldn’t evacuate too far away – chiefs need to know evacuation plans Hurricane Schedule/Plans
