Project Harar, a UK charity was founded 18 years ago and
treats young Ethiopians who suffer from severe facial dis-
figurements, by securing them life-changing surgery. We
are a fast growing, ambitious and forward thinking
charitable organisation, and to date we have treated more
than 8,000 individuals of which over 6,500 were
youngsters under the age of 18.

Every November, we host a glamorous and high profile
black tie dinner, at a top central London venue to raise
funds for our important work. This year we are delighted
to announce that we will be holding our event in the
beautiful Art Deco Ballroom at the Sheraton Grand Park
Lane on Piccadilly. Join with us on this wonderful and
most enjoyable evening.

Our venue this year is the magnificent Sheraton Grand Ballroom Park Lane in the heart of London’s West End.
We are offering the following sponsorship packages which we hope you will find attractive and innovative, and will allow
you to effectively promote your organisation and brand to an influential and receptive audience of 300 decision makers
and high net worth individuals. There are three distinct categories of sponsorship available:

Platinum 1 £10,000
Gold Maximum of 2 £5,000
Silver Maximum of 5 £2,500

Platinum Sponsorship: £10,000 or similar value of goods to Auction

Our highest level of Sponsorship, which will gain you maximum exposure not just on the evening but during the following
year, with Project Harar working with you to promote your brand or organisation. There will only be one Platinum
Sponsorship category.
This package includes:
Table of 12 for the dinner worth £1,800 in the best location in the room
A whole page advert on the back or inside front cover of our full colour brochure worth £1,000, and your logo promi-
nently displayed on the front of the brochure
Comprehensive pre-event discussions regarding your particular requirements, and how best to promote your brand or
organisation
An opportunity to speak to our guests on the stage for three minutes
A message of thanks by our Chairman in the brochure, and also from our Founder on stage during the dinner
Display of a short promotional film of not more than two minutes
Prime on-screen acknowledgement throughout the evening on media screens, and the opportunity to distribute
promotional literature
Branded material in guests’ take-home goody bags at the end of the evening
An opportunity to display a banner
Acknowledgement on our social media channels and website, pre and post event, and link to your website
Your logo prominently displayed on event tickets

Gold Sponsorship: £5,000 or similar value of goods to Auction

With a maximum of only two Gold Sponsors, this category of sponsorship will gain you exceptional exposure on the evening,
and we will work hard with you promote your organisation and brand to very best effect.
This package includes:
Six dinner tickets worth £900 and a 50% discount on a further six seats worth £450 tickets (12 guests per table)
A whole page advertisement within the full colour brochure for the evening worth £500
Pre-event discussions regarding your particular requirements, and how best to promote your brand or organisation
A personal message of thanks by our Chairman in the brochure, and also from our Founder on stage during the dinner
Excellent on-screen acknowledgement throughout the evening on media screens, and the opportunity to distribute
promotional literature
Branded material in guests’ take-home goody bags at the end of the evening
An opportunity to display a banner
Acknowledgement on our social media channels and website, pre and post event

Silver Sponsorship: £2,500 or similar value of goods to Auction

Our Silver Level Sponsorship will gain you excellent exposure on the evening and we will work hard with you to promote your
organisation and brand to best effect. There will be a maximum of five Silver Sponsorships available.
This package includes:
Four tickets worth £600 and 25% discount on a further eight seats worth £300 tickets (12 guests per table)
A half-page advert in the full colour brochure for the evening worth £250
Pre-event discussions regarding your particular requirements, and how best to promote your brand or organisation
A personal message of thanks by our Chairman in the brochure, and also from our Founder on stage during the dinner
Excellent on-screen acknowledgement throughout the evening on media screens, and the opportunity to distribute
promotional literature
Branded material in guests’ take-home goody bags at the end of the evening
Acknowledgement on our social media channels and website, pre and post event

How funds raised are used

Money raised through Sponsorship and from a Live Auction and Silent Auction on the night will help fund our annual surgical mission to
Ethiopia and our ongoing cleft lip and palate work which takes place throughout the year.
In 2018, we aim to identify, mobilise and treat 1,500 young Ethiopians, all of whom suffer from debilitating facial disfigurements. We are the
only not-for-profit organisation in Ethiopia dedicated to this life-changing work, and our efforts over the years have enabled thousands of
individuals to live a life of independence and dignity.
We are part of the annual BigGive Christmas Challenge, www.thebiggive.org.uk/christmas-challenge an innovative scheme whereby all the
money we raise on the night is matched and doubled by funding partners. In this way, we expect to raise upwards of £150,000, funds that will
allow us to continue our vital work.
