Modular Kitchen design, TV and Pooja unit
The Stained Glass painting on the Pooja unit & Frosted
glass panes on the Kitchen Cabinets make them stand
out than plain wood tone cabinets.
Wall mounted TV Unit had Simple Open Shelves(for
display) and closed cabinets(for storage)
Dual-Tone color woodwork throughout this
1-bedroom apartment, as per client request.
Designed a TV unit with a floor to ceiling storage on
the left, as we had to make use of every inch of
space available. This storage will double as a
wardrobe when guest visit, still seamlessly
blending with this room design.

❖ Visualize the space using the 3D renders created by our Architects.
❖ Show the Design plan and mention your contractor what material you need for wood core, shutter finish and hinges. If
you want to change anything from the design plan clearly explain him.
❖ Make the contractor do actual site measurements, update the numbers and make any adjustments in the working
drawings as needed. Give him color print outs of the 2D drawings and 3D prints too if you can and mark anything
important to be noted by him.
❖ Refer next page for suggested brands before buying raw materials from vendors.
❖ For quantity of wood, laminate, glass, hinges, handles etc needed for the project ask your contractor to give an
estimate for material quantity. Always buy a little extra than they ask for.
❖ While purchasing Laminates try to closely match the colors and textures mentioned in the design plan.
❖ You can buy raw materials from woodwork factories - they also do cutting and edge-banding for shutters, if they are
given proper cutting list by the contractor. This will minimize on-site work time & will be cost-effective too.
❖ Check as the work progresses and make sure the contractor follows the Design plan.
❖ Before you move-in, click pictures and videos of your beautiful home right after all the work is over.
